About this Channel:
This channel chronicles my journey as a sheep farmer from the very beginning. My primary occupation is in business management. In 2020, I discovered the principles of regenerative agriculture and embarked on a journey with the end goal of building a profitable small farm on 23 acres by 2027. Hurray! It is great to see what God has done thru you in the last three of four years. I love seeing what you are doing. I pray that God will grant you a family of your own so you can pass your indominable spirit on to another generation. You would make a great Mom.
Your book is amazing. I don't have sheep yet, but I still get so much out of it. I love the Scriptures and pictures.
I picked up one (your book) and I'm very impressed. You did a solid good job of balancing visual and written. I would recommend it as a great tool to get information quickly and as a basis to do more research on a particular area if one so desires; although, the book does cover in enough detail. For those wondering, I believe it is a really good value. There are a lot of books out there and many are filled with fluff that make it a bit of a nightmare to pull out what actually matters. All the work is already done for you in this one.
Sadly, the post office really damaged my copy, hopefully the replacement arrives soon.

I love your new book! I learn by being shown better than just words as sometimes it'll take a few times going over hearing or reading for it to click if it's a new concept.
Example: last week I changed the spark plugs in my car for the first time in my life because I found a video on UA-cam and saved hundreds of dollars doing the work myself 😊

Wishing you the best. My friend published a book a couple of years ago. And I told her to be careful because of the subject matter. Long story short, it’s been a very humbling experience for her. With a Master’s and PhD she learned a very important lesson on marketing. But now she’s seeing light at the end of the tunnel.
The subject was the utility systems of the city of Toronto Ontario.
Yes, I spent 3 years marketing before writing the book. I am grateful for the audience that was ready to support the effort!

I have a question for you. Some sources say that sheep and humans can pass illnesses and disease to each other. Or rather they portray it like you can catch some things from the sheep.
But I wanted to ask how real that actually is? Does it really happen? And any thoughts on it?
Toxoplasmosis is transmissible from sheep to humans, as well as some of the parasites they carry. It’s usually not a big issue, but you do need to implement good farm hygiene to avoid infection.

Sheep do not need to be controlled by robot qrcodes, if you are regenerative.

These are pretty basic principles that apply no matter where you are at. You’ll need to adjust your rest periods and stocking rates for dry areas, but the husbandry info is generic!
