Not that you need my point of view but if i could offer encouragement as you are transitioning, one of the reasons I followed you in the past is your sense of style. So many influencers are becoming wearer of clothes and not true stylists. I hope you don’t feel like you have to keep buying clothes bc realistically not everyone can afford it, but the talent you have for curating pieces together that may even be things you have owned for a while, is always inspirational. ❤ so I hope you won’t back down from your style point of view even if it is clothes we have seen before.😊

I’ll be honest, I didn’t know about you, first time watching…. I looked into “Nordstrom anniversary sale suggestions” and one of them was you. I didn’t choose yours at first… then I got suggested this vid again and read the comments and thought ok let’s see… OMG LOVED EACH OF YOUR REFERENCES AND THOUGHTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS…. Sorry if I’m so shocked for those that have been following you for 10yrs! But yes, genuine finding to me here. I also found myself checking the clothing more this year and it surprised how neat and styled it is. I’m currently after birth so totally understood those under statements “of new era”, “new flat styles” 😂. I loved your energy. Your suggestions for all type of public and budget. Even the minimum consideration of giving away due date before the shopping experience starts. I watched your mom / work vlog, and you mentioned difficulty & need of visit many stores. I think the world is shifting to low consumption, so maybe you can take advantage and curate from your current wardrobe. I noticed you wear that white reversible tank (one side is crossed) in several videos, styled very differently of course. I LOVEEE seeing that.

I have had this so high on my to do list!! Thank you for watching & trusting!! 🙏🏼💕 I would wishlist Open Edit & Halogen favorites first. The open edit blazer + pants is a full suit option under $100. I would then look at one of halogen cardigans (if it’s cold in the office) for a casual “third piece” of outerwear plus 1-2 of the OE/halogen tops that are different from each other (like the OE cap sleeveless top for casual + the long sleeve halogen pocket front button up for days you need to dress up)
Start neutral colors like black or tan so you can have the best cost of wear up front and then you can invest budget later for accent colors.
That’s my first thoughts, I hope it helps!!!

I love the Open Edit Polka Dot Dress. Also love my Adidas Gazelles that have had for years. They're getting old and should prob get a new pair. I love them. It was one of your old videos from years ago of you discussing shoes and talking about the Gazelles. I ordered me a pair in the black with gold lettering. Worn those shoes often ever since.
