I started listing to this meditation about 6-7 yrs ago but got lost while sifting for jewels in the sea of videos like it that have been published since. I've come to know that there are various types of these video which utilize a variety of different technologys in persuit of the intended results. Yet this particular meditation is alittle different from most in that it doesn't use any iso tunes , binaural beats or particular frequency. Yet is still highly effective at balancing the R/L brain hemisperes in a very unique way, and it should be used in a unique way to deepen its results. So, As you listen to this you will notice a panning of the sound from left, to middle , to right which repeats.I've found that the more sensitively you can follow this panning with your auditory awareness the deeper and more effective the time you spend with this meditation will be. Hope this helps anyone

If it truely works, then why should you have to hear it more than once. If these frequencies work as the people that make them, then one time should be enough. Any one can make a claim that it works, but that doesn't mean it is factual.
I seem to never be able to open my third eye, so i postponed this cause i dont think music alone will help with that
I have opened my third eye a quarter of the way, but I've been trying to open it the rest of the way. Now inspit of what you have been hearing that it is dangance by other people dont beleive it. I'm going to tell you why, if you are evil then you will experience demons, but if you are good natured person then you will experience good things to follow. I myself have astro projected at least 7 to 8 times in my life. My spirit was pulled from my body by arch angel mikeal and taken all around the world, and I saw a great many things. And then he took me three a tunnel with all different colors and every time i would look from side to side, I saw different parts of of my life and everything I saw has already come to pass. Except for one thing and that was the first time I astro projected. I've seen Angel's a good part of my life even when I'm awake. So it no tone that is going to help you achieve that I'm sorry. I did see vision of a blue light ball with people coming from all direction trying to touch it and then disappear...i wanna know the truth of the universe to live a life in full without fear but also im also worried about the shock of seeing the unseen like negative spirits knocking on my door from time to time without notice which could be a big disturbance to my daily life. Be careful of what frequencies you listen to. They can also have negative effects. This one seems a little like one of them. The sounds is eerie and the way it switches ears is a little concerning. A good binaural frequency enter the mind at two different frequencies at the same time.
With the 3 Rd eye I was seeing my self sitting on moon looking for the video which opens 4 the eye..LOL.

I'm sorry you had this experience. I personally don't enjoy this piece of work. They are called binaural beats. I find most binaural beats, like in this video, have a very mono tone. They are very bland. I like listening to binaural beats that have peaceful melodies to make them actually enjoyable and easy to listen to. I'm not even too sure about the whole binaural beat movement. It seems happiness is gained from true melody rather than these very bland and unenjoyable tones....

Anyone else get slight pain in middle of the for head then shooting pins and needles down arms in to hands. Or no I don't know if it worked or not. Head feels weird tho
Yes slight tingling between eyebrows in center of forehead and just above forehead in center it is almost like it rejuvenates the brain while waking up the third eye. I find it works way better with earphones in like they say. But I also close my eyes and relax with doing deep belly breathing for anxiety. Relax do not let anything enter your mind and concentrate on the sound while inhaling through your nostrils deeply while your stomach expands then slowly exhale through your mouth.But you need to do this every day and also check into the Chakra sounds and try it I think this might really work to enlighten mind,body,& soul.But it involves some time put into it to see results.Man has been using this for thousands of years for healing do your research.

I got my permanent cast yesterday and will be off work for another 4 weeks(BUMMER).But we always stay at home alone anyways having good food,relaxing,watching movies we enjoy each others company can't ask for anything better.The broken ankle was a bit of a set back as far as my stress,anxiety,and depression goes but I will get over it.I have 4 weeks to recoop so I will continue with my deep breathing and I'm looking into meditation and cleansing the Chakras.The Pineal gland in the centre of the brain which they call our 3rd eye I'm looking into cleansing that as well.This goes as far back as the Egyptians there is some really interesting stuff once you start digging.I also bought myself a wood burning kit so I'm going to try Pyrography burning pictures on wood and then leather as I become better.A person needs a hobby for the winter my addiction in the summer is golf for myself and my wife.I also enjoy weight lifting for an hour or a little more 5 days a week after work.Exercise is also very important for physical and mental health.But I won't be able to do a lot of that for a while. It's not good music for spirituality. Try things like "peaceful relaxation music" or "buddhist meditation music", things of the kind. Natural sounds and instruments are more appealing, spiritual, and affective than these computer-made sounds.

At 15:20 I decided to open my eyes my internal clock on point or my intuition was cracked or something
