The event was streamed #live on the Met's website. The full show remains available until Sunday 6:30 p.m. (1:30 a.m. overnight from 26th to 27th April Paris or Warsaw time). How wonderful to see these singers perform from their own home in this period of lockdown, I watched most of the performances from The Met at home gala last night and it was an incredible experience, these two really were irrepressibly fun especially Alagna singing from the top of the ladder. Maybe when all this pandemic is over a major opera house will mount L’ elisire D’amore for them. Brava it was just what we needed.
I think they've already done it. All of the stars are singing some of their famous roles.
Roberto sounds great here at 57 years old!!!
