As I prepare for my own Level 1 project 2 speech, in the Visionary communications pathway, I appreciate the modeling of the "speech with a purpose" by Faisal Shaikh, as well as the excellent evaluations by his fellow toastmasters. The quick preparation of a demonstration of how to read notes while on a zoom call, was outstanding! The comments regarding eye contact were spot on. Let me say, Mr Shaikh, that when you responded to the evaluations with a concerted effort at making eye contact, your eye contact was immensely warm and appealing. I have been told that its good to practice placing one finger over the camera lens and removing it several times, to really establish where one's eyes should focus. Good job and congratulations on your progress through this program.
