I have the same press. I bought it from a store called Aleko which basically resells Amazon crap I’ve found out. It’s heavy cast iron and came with one set of the grommet press attachments like yours but no grommet refills. I got the same blue paper you showed and it didn’t have refill information. Does yours by any chance? It sounded like you said 3/8 at one point, do you know if that is what I would look up for refills? Have you seen and good variety refill packs? Thanks. It stinks that I haven’t been able to use it yet because I’m trapped at home and have a ton of things I want to make.
I think on mine they call the die #2 I would need to know which die u have but I think the blue come with #2 but not 100% I can send u a couple to try and see if u want
so did a little researching, and found this, if you have the same press and hopefully same dies which are #2 3/8" inner hole and 3/4 outer size and 1/4" long top grommet u should be good i haven't ordered any yet. * 1000 Grommets + 1000 Washers * ##2 ( 3/8") Size * Made of Iron with Nickle Finish * Hole Size After Setting = 3/8"(9mm) * Flange Diameter (Top of Grommet)=0.748"(19mm) *Under Flange Height=0.236")
does this machine have cutting dyes?...im putting grommets thru flag headers that are very thick & to avoid pulling the threads they need to be cut first....then the grommet applied & closed
honestly i have only used it with stock dies for banners they do cut through 3 layers of 13oz no problem but got to make sure you have at least 1/4" long top grommet
I own a Sign Shop called Sign Here etc .... They make "Self-Piercing Grommets" make sure you get those. I use them to go through 13oz Banner folded multiple times with no issue. They also go through a material called Max-Metal which is 2 pieces of aluminum with a plastic composite core which most business signs are made out of without having to pre-drill the hole. Hope this helps.

@@DaPrintHouse Thanks! I’ll try them out. Even if I end up not having the same size I’d rather try something than nothing and not using it at all.
@@jasminegalvin thats why i like amazon ill just return it lol
@@DaPrintHouse good point
Does it cut the fabric AND attach the grommet? I have an old large one from Rowley I got years ago and ya have to punch the holes first, wth?
it will pierce and press the grommet in one step, not sure how it would do on fabric but 13oz banner material works good.
