For those who are interested in the timeline. Prior to marrying Jen, Elliot was in a relationship with a girl named Claire. He was thus an insecure boyfriend before he became Jen’s red flag boyfriend eventually to become the manipulative husband who cheated. However, keep in mind that this all takes place in an alternate universe where Elliot never decided to change his ways. Thank you for watching and supporting my nonsense

I had a partner very much like this. It was such a stressful relationship. My hair started turning white, and after I finally moved out, most of it grew out black again. Sometimes I vomited after conversations like these. My heart rate is up just watching the sketches. This guy is talented.

@@neonada.official Often people in bad relationships like these feel trapped. My first boyfriend was awful and toxic, but he made it feel like he was the only one who understood me and could help me with the severe mental health issues I was facing. Financial issues can also be a reason, if the person has to rely on their abuser in order to have somewhere to live/have food, etc.

I actually have a daughter with my insecure ex. He was no better as a father than he was as a partner. When it was obvious that he could no longer emotionally manipulate me because I was just completely over him and his BS, he started in on our daughter. She shut that shit down real fast. She's 30, and hasn't seen or talked to him in 16 years.
He moved back in with his mother and they moved out to Winnipeg years ago (my daughter and I live in Ontario). When he couldn't manipulate the other females in his life anymore, he ran home to Mummy...because she will always consider him her baby boy who can do no wrong, so she treats him the way he thinks he's entitled to be treated. She does everything for him, gives him money, and spoils him rotten. He's almost 60, and she treats him like he's 6...he's living the dream.
