3:20 is my favorite moment. Damn, that raspy riff was so raw, yet so elegant and powerful. And the way she jumps while belting it out shows how into music she is - she's completely wrapped up by what she sings! That's pure talent right there.
The voice cracks are her signature in the song. She's doing them on purpose and she's in total control of them. Dave Matthews does something similar and they are both legends.

I've played music for a long, long time, seen a lot of truly gifted singers but I've never seen one quite like Sia. Incredibly unique and articulate. She deserves a spot at the top.
