If that piece of red furniture would have been close to me, I would have bought it to do a DIY project on just to see if I could do something I saw & really liked.... Great video...💙🦋💙
Just a suggestion, start taking 4 or 5 empty totes with you when you go to clean out the lockers. Set them either on the floor lined up or on the carts. As you go through the contents, you can pre-sort the items. You already know what will be trash, so use one or two totes for trash or bring a trash can as well. Totes will be easier to load and unload from the van. Think about and refine your processes to become more efficient. Enjoy your videos, so keep them coming.
I was just thinking the same thing. Trash in one, donate stuff in another and so on. Then you don't have so much to sort later. But, having said all that the way Taco does it works for him.
Taco although you have several saying that you shouldn't be so negative , what I see is you being real and honest, not all Storage units are going to be all great , you can make your money back , you can donate a lot of it , some cost in disposal of the trash . Over all I see your showing a unit that is not great by any means , that is the gamble taken for any unit . Positive or Negative show us your day , let us see it how it truly is. Have a better time on the next one . Dale Nickel
Hey I love your videos. I just wanted to tell you I’ve been doing storage lockers for a while now and I found it easier if I have trash bags on hand and empty storage bins to put stuff in.Then I separate trash from donation into garbage bags and anything I keep goes into the bins. I try to keep eBay worthy stuff together and flea market stuff together. I hope this helps. Keep up the awesome videos.
You should have bought the first one that had all the children's stacking chairs, it was only 5$. You could have made a good profit just selling the chairs.
I’m shocked that u don’t bring rolling garbage cans with you when you clean out lockers, and your own bins for sorting. It would save you hours of work! If it was me I’d bring two large rolling trash cans with me and bags as well.
OMG Taco Stacks you're so hilarious a storage locker full of randoms. The jackets, print, heater, fan, toys, Sound of Music vhs, pots and pans. All should bring some profit. GREAT VIDEO AND GREAT CONTENT. THUMBS-UP ALWAYS!!!!!!!
We owned apartments. When people moved out, not paying their rent, they left stuff behind. We were required by law to bag it up and pay for one months locker and notify the runaway tenant however we could. I am sure this is what you got stuck with. Sorry our dear Taco Stacks. It will be better next time.👍🏻
I hadn't read the comments and this scenario was running through my head! Somebody ran out on their rent payment and the landlords got stuck with shoving everything into bags and into a locker. Keep your mind open Taco! There still might be an item or two of value in there!
Tide laundry detergent. Was probably purchased at an Asian market. Suggestion...bring big trash bags for the trash and a bin to use as a transfer bin. Will make it easier to deal with most likely. Fun stuff lol
I love that you are so honest...and showing how hard it is, you are funny on how you comment on some things...”it’s got it all”! 🤣 nice job...keep the videos coming!
You need to keep a box of the big black industrial lawn bags in your van. That way you can throw all the loose clothing and bedding into the bags for easier transport.
Milk crate, I thought of your friend. Umbrella, you were thinking of friends to share it with. I like how you can turn things around for the good. I'm sure you'll get your money back. Great job Taco.
I love sitting on my couch 🛋with a cup of iced coffee 🥤watching👀 you work 😂. There’s a saying “work fascinates me, I can sit and watch it for hours.” Sorry you got a bum locker 😤😢. Enjoy all your videos 🌮 🐕
I guess it's the saying, "You win some, you loose some" that is appropriate here. Better luck next time and thanks for sharing the reality of the gamble of storage lockers.
Kathleen you are exactly right, its a gamble, you have to weigh the time and effort to clean them out and sometimes very little money to be made. This locker was almost the worst I have ever seen, sorry Taco, chalk it up to experience. cheers !!
I would say this was an eviction and they had cleaners in to pack the persons home into storage. Hence why cleaning stuff and clothes are just shoved in the storage unit.
Well what can one say. Bring large black yard bags next time if you see lots of grocery bags. But there are some small appliances if they work you can make your money back. Good luck getting rid of this mess.
OMG...I fell like a need a shower after watching this video.😂 Someone definitely threw their crap in a hurry. Hopefully your next locker will be better
I enjoy the lockers that have great stuff, but I enjoy the fails too... its fun to see what people pay to store.. good and bad. Thanks for keeping it real.
You win some!! You lose some!! BETTER LUCK NEXT TIME!! Storage lockers are take a chance deal, you never know, but keep on trying TACO STACKS, I LIKE THAT YOU NEVER GIVE UP TRYING. LIFE IS A GAMBLE. GOOD VIDEO👍👍PEACE✌✌
Where I live the landlord just puts the stuff on the curb. People pick over it unless the tenant is there guarding it. No storage unit involved. Taco, you are so adorable! You remind me of my youngest son. Chalk this one up to getting your money back through a donation write off. You can't win every time!
that Winnie the Pooh "clock" is actually the top to the 13" TV - if it is working, they SELL for about $100 plus shipping. There is a great tutorial on shipping 13" tv's on the UA-cam - go get paid Taco it's good $$$$$$
They don't save them movers put them in the storage it is hassle free for the landlords this way. Look out the Winnie The Pooh DVD TV combo it is resalable item some of them goes for big money
i buy storages and have been for about 7 years now. you have to watch it because storages will take all the junk that gets left behind or doesnt sale and stick it into 1 storage and sell it so it looks like more stuff
Taco, your right, most cheap lockers are full off crap. I've had many lockers that barely paid me back initial cost. The dump fees are a huge cost. If I go locker shopping, I always hv t least 2-4 trach cans t hff at are heaping full.
Taco best laugh ever your face was priceless lol You will get your money back Hopefully what a lot off work the locker with the plastic stacking chairs wouldn't have been as much work as that and it was cheaper Take care care as always Taco x
im not sure if you have heard this, places that rent, if they evict you ,are suppose to hold your belongings for i think 30 days so they get lockers to store the belongings ,thats why when you get some of these storage lockers they have food and cleaning supplies and kind of look like stuff was just tossed in them
Lot of good stuff in there. The cookware will sell. That first skillet you pulled out was good. With the jackets, shoes an appliance's you should make some good money.
I sell a lot of umbrellas at the flea market, usually bigger flea markets or tractor shows, sudden rain and excessive sun 5 bucks each they flu out the booth
That was a lot of work, but you will still get your money back and then some! With the 2 North Face Jackets were any of the other clothes decent??? Good that you show the GOOD with the BAD! So many storage lockers are just like this one! Thanks for Sharing!!!
That tall metal "vase" would look sweet inside your back door with your umbrellas in it. The tall rotating stand you said was for a bathroom is actually a shoe stand. You'd put it in a closet
You need some tubs, boxes & bags to separate & organize your stuff. You did ok...good learning experience. I like your style kid... you work at it; ain’t afraid to work , willing to learn...you’ll go far dude.
I feel so bad for whoever lost their home or their locker. It happened to our niece's neighbor. She had a weekend to get out of her apartment. With small kids. Our niece took some of the stuff to hang onto , like the kids stuff. Whatever she could not get, the landlord tossed into a garbage truck. I would love the clothes. I know someone that has a charity giveaway and the more the better. Check out the comic books. My husband has a collection and said they may be worth more then 50 cents. Even if you check the library for a comic book guide. Or maybe a book store??
They don't let you poke through it like that where I'm from. They want you to grab the stuff and go but if you can get away with it it's definitely much easier to sort it as you're loading it up.
This unit rminds me of my career. I own a business cleaning out bank forclosures and reverse mortgages. When they want the house to get sold right away they take the items and have to store them at a facility for 30 days. Food and all has to go. I love my job i get to clean out tonsof good stuff get paid for it and get to resell it all.
Empty Ketchup Bottles, broken furniture, ripped clothes? This is certainly not someone's stuff they forgot to pay on.
OH MY!!!!!!!!!
It's always a gamble with storage units, just beware of bedbugs and roaches
If that piece of red furniture would have been close to me, I would have bought it to do a DIY project on just to see if I could do something I saw & really liked.... Great video...💙🦋💙
Ketchup helps clean brass. 🥫I swear, I’m not making that up.
@@prettymuchketo2967 Ketchup is acidic. That's why it cleans well.

Yes, you have to be organized. I know he can do it. His house seems to be organized.

The stainless steel thing is shoe rack
SO GLAD TO HEAR YOU SAY DONATE..... DONT HEAR OTHERS SAY THAT!!!!!!
Who would have thought back when you were clearing out this locker, that the toilet paper would be the most valuable item in it today......LOL
You should have bought the first one that had all the children's stacking chairs, it was only 5$. You could have made a good profit just selling the chairs.
I was like, what? Money everywhere and no bites?
I thought that. Even selling them at a dollar each he would have made big money
I was sad inside seeing that.
People with small kids, grandparents and people with home daycares would have snapped those chairs up.
I’m shocked that u don’t bring rolling garbage cans with you when you clean out lockers, and your own bins for sorting. It would save you hours of work! If it was me I’d bring two large rolling trash cans with me and bags as well.
Check out my instagram it barely all fit!
I made a similar suggestion...he’s young he’ll learn; Problem with those rolling cans they can be too heavy to get in the truck...
The toilet paper was best thing there LoL 🐓🌻🦇👍
The winnie the pooh thing goes on top of the orange tv. It's a disney tv, if it works it's worth $$

One would think the storage locker facilities would start refusing to rent to repeat landlords dumping such stuff.
What state do you live in?
c rt : live in Oregon. Had properties in Oregon and Washington. I could tell you stories. Ha
Thanks for keeping it real.
Eviction. Landlord had someone clean out rental and put it in storage, tenant didnt pick up or pay.
Tide laundry detergent. Was probably purchased at an Asian market. Suggestion...bring big trash bags for the trash and a bin to use as a transfer bin. Will make it easier to deal with most likely. Fun stuff lol
Tide is in Chinese. It says wash clean, removes dirt. It's washing powder.
I love that you are so honest...and showing how hard it is, you are funny on how you comment on some things...”it’s got it all”! 🤣 nice job...keep the videos coming!
Taco, your hair sticking out of the hole in the back of your cap is adorable lol. Peace!

Mary Pacheco, lol Taco should be set for the rest of the year. All good from here on out.

You should bring a large garbage can for garbage and a couple of Rubbermaid containers for the scibble scabble.
I really enjoyed the unboxing of these units. Please show more.
Well what can one say. Bring large black yard bags next time if you see lots of grocery bags. But there are some small appliances if they work you can make your money back. Good luck getting rid of this mess.
Hi Taco,
Best Wishes and thanks for the entertainment, almost up to a quarter of a million!!!!
Cheers,
Rik Spector
Thanks Rik!
Yikes! What a disaster!
You have to take the bad with the good, it's part of the game.
Very true
Taco don’t give up , better yet to come🙂🙂🙂👍🏼👍🏼
Sorry for the junk. Next one will be better.
OMG...I fell like a need a shower after watching this video.😂 Someone definitely threw their crap in a hurry. Hopefully your next locker will be better
Love the storage unit videos :)
Thank you Kim!
Yep. This seems like a total eviction locker
Sad you were down on the locker even before you were 1 foot in!! It is what it is!! You're the best! Next one is a winner!
Oh my gosh, what a mess! Yikes!
Oh buddy! That's how we know its bad!
I think maybe you should have brought along a few trash cans to put all the loose stuff in. It would be easier to pack in your van. Just a suggestion.
to load a van....load heavy stuff first, so... heavy to light
Oh dear.
Bring bins and bags to organize the loose things, and clothes! Now this was a doozy!
The steel "shower" thing is actually a shoe rack.

Some resale, some recycle, some wtf. It does remind me of that last load before cleaning out an apartment. Thanks for taking us with you.
It did look like it took hours to clear out. I'm glad we get to see edited version. Hope next one is better.
Hours to clean out and hours to sort, donate, store and throw away. Filming and editing not included ;)
I can't watch the storage unit videos. The amount of stuff in them gives me major anxiety.
👍keep your head up. The next one may work for you. Looking at you merch nice quality 👍👍
Bet you were exhausted afterwards, love your videos, fun to watch.
Thanks for the entertainment!
I laughed all the way through this clean-out! you were so totally unprepared for all that junk.
the three tiered stand is a shoe rack!
The thing you said was a shower thing... it's actually a shoe rack. I own the same one.
@Jennie Hughes LOL true, very true!
@Jennie Hughes Now, THAT'S funny! Thank you for sharing this light-hearted comment!
I like the storage bin cleanouts and the trash hunting.

...The tall brass vase is probably an umbrella stand ...a www , Taco , it wasn't that bad !
Im with you saving ketchup and mustard 🤣🤣🤣
