- The pastoral lease for this land was taken up by three brothers, George, Edward and Thomas Oliver in 1887 in the name of one of the Wives, Jane. Thomas Oliver also owned the inn at the "Shadow" - Golden Grove. The pastoral lease was later taken over by Harry Broad. Located 7 kilometer's north west of Mt Mulgine, all that remains of the homestead are some stone and clay ruins with timber yards situated nearby.
Thank you for showing us the station it was so good to see old sheds and homesteads and well done to the track care group for looking after the site
Thanks old stations are so nice to visit and their remoteness is extra special. There are a lot of them it just takes some research to find them. Thanks again.
It is magnificent to see how other Wanderers keep the station and equipment safe and In good and condition by those who travel and protect the earlier properties and add to all of our knowledge and thanks for their safeguards. God Bless. NIfty Jones.
Thank you Nifty. It was a pleasure to visit and there was not even one piece of trash there. The old house was in really good condition. It was well worth a night camping there. Thanks again.
