if elves has too many drow towers use 2 max attack speed then 1 deso and 1 max weapon for lategame if elves has too many venom dont use regen use armor instead
If you are the first troll target, if your base is too close to the troll hut, consider leaving immediately after a root and glyph to the wall. If your base is considerably far, focus on using skills to delay the troll. Use the root first before the glyph so the root will have cooled down a bit and you can probably use it once more before the troll leaves. As for towers, check the troll's items. If the troll is building really badly, you can just go on without building. Look for signs of a noob troll such as too much attack speed without much damage, more gold spent on defense items than dps, especially those that buy high level regen items early on. If troll is good, I typically build around 10 or more lv1 towers before troll attacks and upgrade it only when needed. This has the advantage of getting faster increase in damage output as you upgrade the towers compared to getting a few towers only and upgrading to high level. Upgrade the towers until there is a significant damage output that the troll hp visibly reduces. Also, always check if building towers is still worth doing. If the troll gets lumber armor, building towers will bring more harm to you than good.
Is more low level wisp better or we should just aim for high level wisp asap? From this video, you get level 3 wisp and straight away go for level 7 wisp, is this the best way?
For the wisps, it will depend on the price of the lumber. Start buying lumber when you have tent 5. The tent 6 upgrade requires 32 lumber but you can buy more than that because you can expect the lumber price to increase in this period as everyone will be buying lumber. You can instead buy 60 lumber then sell it afterwards when you are ready to upgrade your tent. Just like the stock market, buy low, sell high. If the lumber price while you are buying reaches 300, go for 50 lumber as buying 60 with that high price will delay you instead of benefiting you. Once you have upgraded the tent to tent 6, build an enchantress. At this point, you will have 8 lumber left so you want to sell that straight away so build Lv1 wisps. Now I normally go for 2x Lv1 wisps to sell that lumber fast and build more Lv2 wisps until the lumber price drops below 300. You can profit a lot in this point if the lumber price is very high (>350) as you can keep building wisps and selling lumber. The gold from selling will be higher than the gold you'll get from the tent. After upgrading the tent6 to tent 7, i don't buy more wisps as the lumber price at this point is normally low and just buy from the trader if I need. With barracks 1, i buy 4k worth of wisp just to help during the barracks 2 stage lumber prices. After upgrading to barracks 2, I also dont buy any wisp and just buy lumber if it is priced below 300. If the lumber price reaches 400 at this point, it may be better to buy wisp 5 instead and rake in the profits. This may delay your barracks 3 a bit but may help your next steps. After barracks 3, buying 2x wisp 6 and 1x wisp7 is optimal for going straight to wisp8. Go spread your gold mines at this point to maximize your profits. Make sure you don't leave your lumber unused. If you can do this without getting delayed by troll, wisp8 (1M gold) can be done by 16:30. ----------------- The part before barracks 3 is just the way I play. There are probably more efficient ways to do it but I don't know how. After barracks 3, it is easier to model so I'm pretty sure 2x wisp 6 and 1x wisp 7 is optimal for getting into wisp8 early Before barracks 3, the lumber price swings so much that it is hard to get a working model to get the optimal path ---------------- TL;DR All of this will change depending on the lumber price Tent6: Min - 4x Wisp 1, buy more wisp 2 until lumber price goes down to 300 while selling lumber too Tent7: Don't buy if lumber price has already gone down below 300 Barracks 1: If you have around 10k worth of wisp from tent 6, no longer need to buy more but if not, buy around 4k more Barracks 2: Buy lumber from trader if the price is low. Don't buy wisp unless lumber price is so high that you can buy wisp 5 Barracks 3: Buy 2x wisp 6 and 1x wisp 7 while planting mines all over the map Get wisp 8 by 16:30
Could you explain to me why the top left base is the best base ever ? ? ? Also... is it more beneficial for me to build my first base at there ... then leave it and relocate to the other base if i feel like leaving the first base (as u suggested in the video ) (for the purpose of delaying troll's timings on farming deso)
Pros: 1. Very high tower coverage. You can place all your towers in the base and most of them can reach the attacker. A better way to upgrade is to alternate veno and drow in the outside layers. 2. Only one can attack at the same time. Although the path seems short compared to the single lane base at 12o clock, the attacker cannot switch with another without ending the deso debuff if you have enough drows. 3. Quite far from troll base so they cannot easily farm from you. 4. Once the troll attacks the wall, if you have enough tower upgrades, you can trap a full build troll. Even if the troll has full defensive build for trolling, he will die within seconds if you have the full upgrades. 5. No need for a gold wall Cons: 1. A trader and a tinker has to be placed outside the base 2. Not much trees inside the base for wisps. This is not at all a problem during the early game as you only need a few wisps to wisp8 for optimal progression but will be a problem after that. You can just build them outside and spread them around though. You also cannot build mines inside the base due to the limited space so you have to send out wisps early on. 3. Since it is quite far, you will be quite delayed in the start for the lumbers. You cant really wish for everything as a nearby base will be quite easy to farm. One way you can do to have this delay lessened is to build a rock on your way to the base so that once the tent is built, you can directly upgrade it. If you know that the troll is good, go straight to the base but if you are not sure and you are confident, you can opt to go for a closer base
any tips for a troll? I become troll the other day and once the game hit 45 minutes mark I just can't do anything with full set item and the game kinda stalled.
ua-cam.com/video/StW7B82eo5k/v-deo.html If you don't have deso by around 22 minutes, you already lost. You need a good item progression as well as know when to go back to base. The video covers the basics of trolling
troll has a really small chances to win vs good teamplay of elves at winter2x.. there are 3 bases there that is only capable to be attack only by one.. even with deso it cant be destroy on a well defended base..
If all elves just spam their root and glyph, even a good troll will have a really hard time. Troll needs to farm deso before 21 minutes if he wants to have a chance of winning because by then, the good elves will be building max lv towers every 30s. That's just how its currently 'balanced'. There should just be something like winter 1.5x as a quick fix.
The yellow one likely just wanted to go wolf so he wants to make the troll stronger. He died at 10:11. The violet one might have wanted a strong troll as he stayed as elf. I'm really not sure about their reasons but these are what the feeders commonly want.
This guy is OP, GGWP sir
if elves has too many drow towers use 2 max attack speed then 1 deso and 1 max weapon for lategame
if elves has too many venom dont use regen use armor instead
If elves have too many windrangers, well then you fucked up cause no combo with all the best items and a second player won't be enough
Do you have any tips for when Troll targets your base early game, e.g how many towers, what to upgrade? Tq

Get wisp 8 by 16:30

You can save your first base but still feeding troll. Very annoying . Feeder gonna feed anyway
