This song is based on the whole theme of the album, the robots journey to self-awareness (the song Within is another great example of this theme). In this particular song, amongst the confusion of the compartmentalization of the robots mind (hence the lyrics "a room within a room, a door within door), the robots discover they need something more than just touch. The song then gives us the answer they seek, love. Love is the answer 😊
