I couldn't tell you how much this song inspires me being a nursing student. Being a nursing student, we see so much passing of patients between life & death. We see people struggle just even with the most simple task of breathing. You are the epitome of what it means to live fully. There are days from the hospital I feel so unhappy having to see a patient die before me. Your music though keeps me grounded. Thank you for sharing your emotions, music, & feelings. As a now 11 year cancer survivor, I always try to find ways to help others through troubling times. Songs such as this can be used in many ways. To encourage those dealing with life threatening issues, athletes to continue to strive and overcome challenges, just to everyone to know that we can still overcome and do well in all things. No matter what might come along in our lives. Music is very uplifting to those with major illnesses so I always add something when I speak with them.

I've recently lost my niece on new years. She was killed in a car accident, instantly. She was only 20...she was going to be 21 this coming August...

I bought this song in iTunes yesterday (I never knew she had a "new" single) and I have to say I don't regret purchasing this song. I love Shania's music and I will never fail to purchase any album she EVER releases. Shania is my favorite artist EVER. Also, her background story is SO beautiful! If you haven't read From This Moment On, I recommend it because Shania shares her sad past with the public. It's the most heartfelt book I ever read :)

Bet her ex husband never thought she was strong woman that she is. She has over come so much in life and is my hero, esp after my failed engagement with my ex this song came out and it helped me, but recently my father was diagnosed with PsP. I would lay in bed for days or go on large drinking binges at night. I listen to this song every morning get through to get up and do something with myself. Because of the lyrics and meaning I'm not watching my dad slowly die my dad is now me now in ways he couldn't imagine. I now have a bachelor degree in social work, I am a shareholder in a large hardware store and have my own djing business in Michigan. Thank you so much Shania your song helped me grow and move forward to make TODAY MY DAY!

I really like the upbeat & positive melody of this song but especially the lyrics. If you have followed Shania's divorce story you can see how the song applies to the changes that Shania has been working out; divorce and rebuilding takes the wind out of you for a while but of 'course, like anything in life worth doing, it's well worth all the effort to get back up & sail on! Way to go Shania! (Anybody else notice how the piano at the intro sounds like The Commodore's song "Easy.")

Lisa, Melanie, I plan to see her in concert in Oct. 2018 when she will tour in Europe but how are her concerts, does she sing live or are any signs of playback ? I am very picky and turned my back forever to bands which I liked in the past but disappointed in concert with a flat, played-back "show". I love her music but better check in advance, hopefully for some objective experience.

I went to have my 2nd baby, my baby boy and at delivery time my nurse tells me I have a 17 pulse rate. Barely hanging on. Husband was asked who to save. Wife or baby. I told him baby! Doctors had a challenge ended up putting a pacemaker in calling lots of specialists and saving both baby and i and all thru this hard time I had this beautiful song in my head!! “You got what it takes you can win!” “ nothing can stand In my way” I knew I had to stay strong and live for my baby and I!

I dedicated this song to a famous Canadian kind loving Friend and TV Broadcaster who just wrote a new book called "FROM SHOWING OFF TO SHOWING UP" to help others.... it comes out on May 2nd, 2022 - Her name is Nancy Regan and she's TRULY wonderful! In her new book, she so graciously supported my conscious music in two chapters helping the world and Canada and well that is what you do Shania - you inspire so many of us to just LOVE and LIVE and SHINE and SHARE! I cried watching your video this morning, because I know what it's like to lose those precious family members......My dad sadly took his own life in 2011 and well, since then I started singing kind songs for the world and well, somehow with so much work, I made it to a few books and also some stages of some very beautiful souls who help the world including the amazing late great Louise Hay, My song "My Heart" was used to honour Louise Hay for her last Birthday before she passed away. I remember that moment in San Diego so clearly with 2000 people live with me, singing my song to support LIFE and LOVE. Ahhhhhhhh What a GIFT YOU ARE! What an incredible journey! I for one benefitted from watching this docu-series and her honesty with her feelings... I experienced domestic violence in one marriage and infidelity in the 2nd... I was beginning to question myself... and like her, I know that it takes 2 in a relationship when things go wrong, you have to dig deep and take responsibility for your own part.... I don't hate either man by any means. I wish them both happiness and love, one for giving me 2 children and the 2nd for being there for them as they grew up into their teens It's been a long journey for me as well... This song is quite the healing song. Now I am in a new relationship, going on 5 years and although there's been ups and downs, I would not trade it for the world. I had to seek therapy for myself and have come out a much better person. Thank you, Shania (Eileen) for opening yourself up in such a raw way. As a huge fan, I am now an even bigger one.
