I spent 3 days watching video tutorials and went from barely keeping it on my waist to doing 3 hour dance work out with all the things I learned and could remember how to do. To my surprise I started feeling like I'd been doing it for years and am very comfortable. I tried other video tutorials and learned nothing! I signed up for the July course that is coming up. I love me some anti-hoop-wedgie propaganda!!! lol! This is fun. I have avoided the wedgie stuff because it looks like you just have to pee and are trying to hold it. Not a flattering move at all. This is so much more graceful with that same kinda flick flare. Thanks!
