Here are some tips if you find it challenging:
• Go back and replay the steps you find difficult as many times as you need. You’re not expected to learn the whole choreography without pausing the video or replaying certain parts.
• You can slow the video down to 0.75 speed by clicking on the settings icon (bottom right corner of video).
• If you find the song too fast and can’t keep up, feel free to use a slower track. It will work just as well!
