Had one in the late 70's. They were "Stump tough and dirt cheap". The cars with auto's got the nickname "typewriter 6"

I had a 1961 Dodge Lancer 2 Dr. They were the same car with the same trim levels as the Plymouth Valiant. It handled fairly well for 1960s era mopars.

I have a '61 V200 2-door hardtop, 1 of 18,586 built.
The radio was not standard, so not a radio delete, just not ordered.
The 225 /6 became optional mid year '61.
Yours has the full wheel cover upgrade, which was optional but not part of the V200 trim level.
As hub caps were standard on all.
The upgrade in '60 was trim rings with the hub caps, which were replaced by the full wheel covers in '61.
A courtesy group included the reverse lights and 2 speed wipers.
Some early V100s had no armrests on the doors.
V100 had a 2-door sedan.
