If you want to avoid coffee staining, it's actually best to brush your teeth before because it removes the plaque, which is what the coffee actually sticks to and stains :)

i’d be careful brushing after food/coffee because of how acidic food and drinks are by nature, the acids in the food destroy your enamel over time from the physical brushing, its better to brush before, however if you still do it after, i’d wait a minimum of 30 minutes post food/drink especiallyyy coffee
Yes!! the reason why grapefruit makes you feel like your body is less inflamed is because it's actually a diuretic, which helps flush out excess water from your body! that why I love it!!

I’m a hygiene assistant and you can brush your teeth before or after food/beverages in the morning! If you do it after eating wait 30 minutes to brush your teeth, and if you do it before that’s great too! Hope this helps 🧡🧡🧡
