„Take Me Down“
Mit „Take Me Down“ bringt die Kärntner Blues-/Bluesrock-Formation „Tobacco Road Blues Band“ bereits die dritte Auskoppelung aus ihrem im kommenden Jahr erscheinenden dritten Album heraus. „Take Me Down“ ist - im Gegensatz zu den Vorgänger-Singles „Maybellene“ und „Hurdy Gurdy“ eine langsame Nummer, getragen von akustischen Gitarren und dem sehnsuchtsvollen Sound einer Blues-Harp. Letztere hat der kroatische Musiker Tomislav Goluban beigesteuert.
Zeitgleich veröffentlich die TRBB das zugehörige „Take Me Down“-Video auf dem UA-cam-Channel „tobacco road blues band - live with friends“. Gedreht wurde im heurigen Sommer auf der ehemaligen Gefangeneninsel „Goli Otok“ (Nackte Insel) in der kroatischen Adria - passend zum eher düsteren Thema des Songs „Take Me Down“.

TRBB release new single
„Take Me Down“
Austrian Blues-/Bluesrock-band „Tobacco Road Blues Band“ release the third single called „Take Me Down“ from their upcoming third CD which will hit the stores sometime next year depending on the development on the Covid-19-front. Contrary to their last two releases „Maybellene“ and „Hurdy Gurdy“, „Take Me Down“ is a considerably slower tune, with lots of acoustic guitars and a heartfelt Blues-harp played by Croatian musician Tomislav Goluban.
The video to „Take Me Down“ was shot this summer on the infamous former prison island „Goli Otok“ („Naked Island“) in the Croatian Adriatic Sea“, „fitting to the rather dark mood and theme of the song“, say composers/writers Peter Prammerdorfer and Mike Diwald.

HI Schurli! diesen Videoteil haben wir im Sommer gedreht - waren mit Segelboot unterwegs..... lg klaus
