Looks like the rear light could be brighter, turn signals look really good compared to anything I've seen. Or they could have the handle signal lights on all of the time at a low level.
What every commuter needs is to see the battery readout in full sun with sun glasses on, and that's not going to happen with blue and green with the speed being the largest data. Afraid of going 21 instead of 20, or getting a speeding ticket at 24? Now that dead battery is what to be afraid of. I'm spending my 699 budget today on the Zon and It won't be on this childish layout. Black and white readout, a tool, not a poshy toy.
I own the City Pro and the VX2 Pro is better in many areas but worse in others. Apollo has more power, faster acceleration, triple suspension, and is bigger. The VX2 Pro has brighter lights, better turning signals, much lighter, and a superior folding mechanism + clip in.
Top speed is 30kph. Downhill you can go a bit faster. I believe you have to press the power button 5 times to be able to change the top speed from 25 to 30kph

Thanks for the great review Nic! We're so glad you liked the VMAX VX2 Pro!
Hey, VMAX, when will they be available in the UK ?

Thanks for the comment! We love the turn signals too!
8:50 i think the charging time is longer because german/swiss power outlets has 230 volt output while USA ones do only have 110V ouput.
Speed update: We upgraded the VX2 Pro and the top speed on all variants is now 24 mph!
Where can we update it please can you help me
that sucks

How does it compare with the city pro from Apollo?
They are certainly in a different class, mainly due to power and suspension. Though the City Pro weighs 20lbs more.

this or the varla pegasus? because i am wondering if it is ok without suspension and the pegasus is a bit faster(btw I am upgrading from a kqi2 pro)
How did you access "unlock" mode for 35 kph top speed? Does that come standard through its app?

@@nicthedoor oh I thought I heard "35 kph" hahaha
How does yours go 30kmh mine goes only 25kmh max
There is a way to change the max speed. Press the ON button 5 times then press the throttle to change the setting.
@@nicthedoorive done that and it goes only 25km/h
No suspension?
No suspension, trade off for size and weight.
@@nicthedoor thanks do you know the weight? I don’t see it listed on the site
@@tranceforever9860 Depending on the battery size I believe it is 41-45 lbs
@@tranceforever9860 43.2 lbs (LT) / 45.0 lbs (ST) / 45.0 lbs (GT). It looks like it's now listed on the site.

i"m not buying any scooter until it has 'water bottle' lugs on the inside of the stem, for a folding lock.
Ok, changed our lives
We're passing that along to our design team! 🙂
