Going through the hundreds of hours of footage that I've captured over the last four years to make this was very nostalgic, but knowing that I now have this video to encapsulate the whole experience has definitely given me closure. I hope you enjoy it!
through your extensive documentation, i feel i've been with you alongside many of your ups and downs over the last four years, zeb... you've developed and matured, it emerges distinctly through the timeline of your video making... i found this one touching; the longer format is entirely appropriate as it appeared to allow you more space, nuance and detail... your storytelling-through-editing works its magic... perhaps it's a format you might experiment with further?... anyway, just to say that your channel is the only student one i subscribe to, due to the high quality, interesting content and high production values... you and iona should collaborate again, the first collab. was exceptional (and you both ended-up with a strong interest in linguistics despite neither of you going to cambridge to study it!)... all the best, i continue to subscribe... mac
Zeb I came across your channel sometime in first year and immediately loved your editing style, your narration and depiction of cam life. Though we studied different subjects in different colleges, took up different extracurriculars, you always manage to put into words and video some of my thoughts and experience, the peaks and troughs of cam that I felt but never quite managed to pinpoint exactly into something material. This has given me the closure I've been lacking from my 4 years of uni and there was much much more than relatable experiences here. Thank you so much for this gem :') - a fellow 2017 matriculator

Zeb, I encountered your Game of Life video while watching a Turing Lecture. I was interested in the speaker, Prof. Stuart Russel, because his Zoom background made me chuckle about how all us geeks love a good seagull on the shore picture. Your videos are really something. And though the world is your oyster, you might be among the few and the proud to combine what they are good at with what they love: computer science and videography. I look forward to seeing you in the headlines in years to come! My aspirations are much lower, but I would like to improve my videography skills and rid myself of the notion that "the content speaks for itself!"
