Thanks for another good video, it brought back a lot of memories from my Sunday night strolls. My brain also just reminded me of life before all those kiosks were on the beach sidewalk. They were put in to help entertain guest for World Cup and the restaurants on the building side of the street didn’t think the kiosks could compete till they saw major brands snapping them up. Looks to me like they are doing very well with probably more foot traffic than the hotel side.

This is a great video, i was in rio last year for carnival at the end of February. Brings back some good memories, I can't wait to go back. I was thinking on next trip back maybe spending a few days in sao Paulo do you think it worth seeing?

@@PassportAction yeah I had to exit out from my Chromecast to make sure it was at least in 1080. It was casting to my tv at 480. I can't really tell the difference. I'm still torn on getting that 1. Low light performance is the 1 thing I need in my next pocket cam because you can't or don't want to be lugging a big camera to capture night life. Boys want to travel light at night for lots of obvious reasons.

@@StrillLife still its definitely a great little camera. I just be use to the quality of my mirrorless camera now. The P2 with the combo kit is a big upgrade from the 1. The lens is 20mm now and the wide angle lens makes it 16mm. Now I got 3 of them 😆 and 2 go pros. Gimbals mirrorless cameras its getting out of hand

Wow this is awesome brother, if you go to Brazil should you always stay in this area ?
At this moment I recommend Copacabana, impanema and leblon. There are still alot of others areas i need to get familiar with.
Barra da Tijuca and Tijuca are also pretty great to visit. The old port area has also become a great tourism spot.

@@PassportAction Salvador, Pelourinho and the Boipeba Island, Morro de São Paulo and Chapada Diamantina, these are the best places in Bahia, muuch better then Rio. I recommend that you travel to the northeastern beaches, specially Maragogi, São Miguel dos Milagres, and the iguaçu waterfalls in the southern region

Lol aint no English. Maybe 1 person out of 20 or 30 may know some words
Definitely try to learn some basic Portuguese phrases or you will be screwed when you leave your hotel. I found Brazilians to be super cool and helpful, but we always need make an effort to communicate when we're away!

This is probably one of the first times I see a cool video about Brazil before it gets absolutely flooded with Brazilians speaking Portuguese and commenting about how they're from Brazil. It's actually kind of refreshing! hahaahah. Anyway, it's a gorgeous city. Too bad it's had such a bad succession of politicians for the last decade. It's still a great city for tourism, but it could be much more if some love, equality and investment was poured into it. I lived there from 2010 to 2014, and they were some of the happiest years of my life! But I'd only return for a very fat paycheck lol, Rio is too expensive and chaotic to live in without some money to spare. Much love from Belo Horizonte.

Great video! It seems that most of the men are wearing shorts. In other Latin American countries you will seldom see a native wearing shorts... only long pants. It sure looks like paradise to me. Most of all it's so nice to see that most Brazilians are no longer wearing those silly face-muzzles.
