Club night and record label Amity present their next EP 'Into All Lands' coming from Bristol legend Rose Again. A key player in the Bristol scene, Fran (aka Rose Again) is the founder of Normcore and also, in partnership with Noods Radio, created and runs the city's cultural hub Mickey Zoggs. With a deep passion for dub and sound-system culture, Rose Again delves into the deep musical tapestry that dwells within his home city, delivering five masterfully crafted heavy-weight steppers on 'Into All Lands'...
The titular track 'Into All Lands' dives straight in with an energetic and shuffling half-time beat, accompanied by a meandering dub bassline. There's so much room to play with here and Rose Again clearly has fun with this rhythm, filling the space with a cacophony of dubbed-out percussion and samples that ring out across the sonic sphere.
