- It was the interview that rocked the G.I. Joe Nation and we're entirely honored to have hosted the abso wonderful Lenny, Emily and Tony! We had the best time and major shout to all those who checked it out! That meant the WORLD to us.
By now, almost every major Joe outlet has reported on the details, the name only's, the Easter eggs -- The Fallout. But, what about us? How do WE, at A Toy Kinda Mood, feel about the Hasbro Joe interview and what do WE think of it all?!?? (And that Nemesis Immortal leak too... 🤔).
And, maybe, just MAYBE, it's time for a little toxicity of our own; time to call out those "fair use" loving Toxo-Vipers that plague the G.I. Joe Community, stealing content (such as said interview), not giving proper credit (or any), yada yada.. YADA. Yeah. We're Skystriking on this one, kids - whether you the "People's Choice", or not.
Oh, with that said, our vengeful selves are also celebrating the Revenge of the Sixth. We're doing that in more ways than one with our Star Wars "May The Fourth" Hasbro Fanstream Review and assessment of all the preorders coming in hot from a galaxy far, far away.

Great episode. I'd forgotten all about that yutz on Island. Was initially excited to see a Canadian Joe channel, but quickly came to despise the bitterness and misinformation. Not surprised to hear he steals, too.

Amen. Diaper Whine Land's comments section is so angry and mad at Emily not even realizing she is a major asset to the Classified team at Hasbro. Emily, Lenny and Tony make it evident that they love GI Joe and are passionate about it.

From what I gather DI's comment section is tailored to what he wants if you are critical to him he'll delete the comment or whatever so that might also be kinda by design

Re: Pilot 4-pack the lady human Pilot is meant to be the Jenchu who save Ahsoka from the ocean and the guy is one of the Mandolorian body doubles (according to Bitter Asian Dude AKA Carsen Teva), and apparently one of the Aliens is Shriv Suurgav and the Mirialan is meant to be Iden Versio from Battlefront and looking at pictures, they sure do look the same.

Glass Slipper Island is a piece of work. A UA-cam channel that is all about G.I.Joe, but spends 90% of his videos bashing the brand. He brings his child into it, who clearly doesn't like G.I.Joe and wraps his brand opinion around his kid's opinion. This is on top of stealing news and content. I also couldn't stand that he would make videos as "breaking news" but it was just changes to his own internal poll. Whoopee, how self important.
I also had to dump A Puke With Toys. He's one of those people who, "if you don't believe as I do, then you're wrong."
