But with an form that reminds me alot of Sparda, considering that she´s a demon as the Whore of Babylon/Mother Harlot, and that in the event she "woke up to justice", I´m starting to think that maybe this isn´t as much as a wisecrack as I thought it was... The jokes truly are the deepest lore
I’d say moreso Dante, especially with the parallels between her event and Dante’s awakening arc in 3. Would fit more with the sword reminiscent of demon sword Dante.
Design wise she really resembles Sparda. The sword does have a lot of parallels with many swords Dante has wielded over time: -The hilt is similar to Force Edge's/Devil Sword Sparda. -The overall format is similar to Rebellion. -The size and the fire in the middle of it is similar to Devil Sword Dante (the fire part reminding me of DSD when the blade is inn the mode with the Summoned Swords out). And her character development does resembles Dante in DMC 3, which means she "woke up to justice", just like his old man did along time ago. That being said, it's funnier to say that she's Vergil's daughter because I like the meme of him having way to many fucking kids. Even if I really like the idea of Dante having a more demonic girl in contrast of Vergil having a more human son

From the AU that Vergil talks about at the end of dmc5. Dante and Vergil's life were switched. Instead of Nero being Vergil's son, it's now Nero being Dante's daughter!
People are apparently pissed that this is her third Ascension and not her Beast form when in story they explained that she doesn't want to become a beast for the second time. I personally like the design though I feel as if she should be more scantily clad as well as keep the dragon tail. But I love the use of the seven dragon heads in her combat animation an NP

I actually like the design a lot and don't especially care for her Beast form design. The issue I have is I don't think third ascension Nero is really appropriate for a Beast class Servant. A Beast fighting on the side of Chaldea should be a barely-leashed monster that is fundamentally malicious in nature (hello, Kiara!). A Beast that drifts away from being a direct threat to humanity should really get its class changed much in the way Kama, Tiamat, or Koyanskaya did. Nero should have become an Alter Ego, a Rider, or an Avenger. She should not have been summonable as a Beast.
I am in the minority that would have preferred the old Ascension art but I don't dislike the new one as it is a cool design and is lore based. What I would have loved tho is to at least get said form as maybe as an spiritron dress as when u summon Draco it is in the card class art but oh well. That's was extreme hopeium
I am one of those people who dont like the 3rd acension personally. The new look kinda loses the whole "Saberface, neroface" and personally that what makes me dont like it. But yes, her story in the event is good and her animation is good. Those I got no complaint about. (This also include how Nero alter looked in the arcade. IMO the adult form kinda looked more like Tamamo then Nero in the arcade and also had issues.)
@@drzero7 Nero in arcade is actually a wolf/lupine in comparison to Tamamo's fox/jackal. Plus, if you've ever seen Wada draw Nero with her hair down you can actually still see the Neroface beyond the artstyle.
...So Draco is a good Servant? I mean, whenever I research her performance I only find videos that strongly criticize her compared to Tiamat. The same thing happened with Kukulkan.
The Beast class is overall very strong, and she’s mostly carried by basically being a better Ruler when it comes to the base classes. That said, she’s absolutely a boss-killer rather than a farmer. Bringing her to typical farming stages is something you shouldn’t do.
They do completely different things so I don;t know why you would compare them lol. As far as single target units are concerned goes Draco seems incredibly cracked
From what I have heard, this is a battle with mechanics based off of Arcades game play. Apparently Arcade is about getting points from defeating servents, not by wiping out the enemy team. So this means this is a fight that will supposedly go on forever until you reach a certain number of kills

I think her being a beast was meant as a subversion. It was meant to surprise the player with a twist. Though it ended up disappointing everyone who wanted the MH version. I'm still disappointed, but I don't think I'll skip her. It really is a cool ascension.
It's because of Hakuno from Fate/Extra. She was extremely weak and Hakuno, in his/her effort to help her, manage to defy what's impossible and she made us form a contract with Draco...then we gradually learned to tame her during the event.

She is still a beast IN LORE, she just resides in the Testament Realm, waiting to help Chaldea when need, much like Tiamat and Imaginary Sea
