You're so right about zanaris' bank - If you think about it, its literally in one of the most convenient positions for a bank (Can be accessed from any fairy ring), yet literally no one uses it. I think this is probably because it has the most cursed vibes of any bank
May I suggest adding two extra factors , bankers : number of total bankers in the bank and a final category that’s everything: just totalling the numbers up , this would bring forth the age of the asslube system
Ardy main bank is where you can find a splasher so you can steal from an Ardy knight. Ardy North bank is where Ardy knights look the other way while you get pickpocketed, mugged, hacked, or scammed.
feels like you're undervaluing catherby bank being next to a dock. that's prime real estate for it's time, it's like my shop IRL being next to a train station. Easy access for people, especially those without cars.
