Hard to believe it's been almost 2 years since this tornado came through West Little Rock. We were outside when we heard it. People say it sounds like a train. It didn't to us. Really, when it came over the ridge the sound was more like an avalanche. Hit us like one too. Thanks for the video.
That's typical when a tornado is coming your way. That's the most scary part before a tornado hits you is that the winds are nearly dead calm and BOOM the tornado hits you.....
I live in Benton Arkansas (suburb of little rock for location reference) and i can admit that tornado chasing or any over-all footage is bad here because of all the trees.

Odd thing is the winds at your location were nearly calm!!!
