I wish you had mentioned how exactly Relay coil activates. Mutually Induced EMF in the coil would have energized Trip circuit and thus tripping is achieved. Difference of EMF between Phase and Neutral side. Anyways, Thank You. Nice Work.
I have installed solar panels ,In Fab,2021,in my house and has provided RCCB,of 40A,100mA,2P.it worked ok,in summer.But in monsoon ,one rainy night it tripped ,and after Ithat I could not untripped RCCB.many time it tripped immediately on swiching mainswitch.i have provided

Dear Mr. Yadav, in your vedio you say that no current will flow in load while testing the trip button. But according to me the load will draw 1 amp and resistor R will draw say 105 mA when the trip button is pressed. This will cause an imbalance of 105 mA in primary coil and secondary coil leading the sensing coil to flow current through relay to trip circuit. What do you think?
Jai sa ki mai ne video me btaya RCCB short circuit and overload pr nhi trip hoti, leakage current pr hi trip hoti hai. In your condition you can use 40 ampere 30mA RCCB.
