Amazing place. Trully a dream come to life Although i much prefer the Bali architecture and style. This phuket villa is too empty and cold feeling for me. Too much use of glass and hard concrete as opposed to wood and small ponds and pools and use of plantation. Thats why phuket is just an island and books are written about Bali:culture history architecture spirituality people etc. All reflected in villas. I know phuket inside and out and it cant even come close except for beaches which are better. Nothinge else Dont get me wrong love the villa but for 3mil usd i would buy much better one in bali for example
I was under the impression that foreigners couldn't purchase houses in Thailand only apartments and this looks like it would or should be classify as a house. Can you explain the law with regards to property purchases? Thanks
