It encompasses various branches of science, including ecology, biology, chemistry, geology, and physics, to understand the complex relationships between living and non-living things in the environment.
Environmental science seeks to identify and address environmental problems and develop solutions to promote sustainability and protect the natural environment. This includes studying the impact of human activities, such as pollution, land use, and climate change, on the environment and the Earth's ecosystems.
Some of the key areas of focus in environmental science include:
Ecology: The study of the relationships between organisms and their environment, including the interactions between living and non-living things.

Environmental chemistry: The study of the chemical composition and behavior of pollutants and other substances in the environment.
Geology: The study of the Earth's structure, history, and processes, including the impact of natural disasters and climate change.
Atmospheric science: The study of the Earth's atmosphere, including weather patterns, climate change, and air pollution.
Environmental policy and management: The study of the policies and regulations governing environmental issues, and the development and implementation of strategies to manage environmental problems.
Environmental science is a growing field, and there are many career opportunities in areas such as environmental consulting, government agencies, non-profit organizations, research and academia, and private industry. These careers can be rewarding both intellectually and financially, and can provide the opportunity to make a positive impact on the natural world.

I have a master's degree in environmental science (2019) and qualified for UGC NET in both 2022 and 2023, but I am still unemployed. I have been shortlisted in almost every university for PhD admission, Assistant Professor, and JRF positions. While I did secure PhD admission, I am not currently enrolled and have not secured any positions. Some interview committees provided strange reasons for disqualifying me, while others didn't bother to provide any feedback. My suggestion is not to choose the EVS subject; instead, consider Yoga. It's funny but sadly true that Yoga has more demand than environmental science and environmental engineering.
Have you got any job
@@NirmalParnami No...
From which university you graduated?
Full country/world running behind earning money , ruining the earth with limitless consumption. It is good to study about this , but money is also required for daily needs . How you manage this .
Have you any suggestions for me because i aslo taken admission in this course, or ba LLB from this academic session.
@@आकाश-चाहिए you have only two choices 1st after graduation start working and 2nd start preparing for govt jobs during graduation. It does not matter which subject do you choose in current scenario because every subject facing the same fate if your degree is not from iits with teachers references.
