- DescriptionThat Shirt Sound Moving Around you for ASMR with Dr Dmitri + Some Breathing Sounds. This was a quick response to a request asking for shirt sounds and breathing, i said get 39 likes for the request and i would do it, well you my viewers responded very quickly getting 30 thumbs up in only a few hours.
I tried to get a binaural sound, my main mics do not work that will so i added the OKM Sound Man Classic in Ear mics to try to give a true binaural sound effect.
This is mostly shirt sounds, my breathing is not the best, it winter here and still getting over slight cold.

ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response it is described as a pleasurable tingling sensation that can be felt most commonly in the back of the scalp and down the spine but not limited to these area's.
I try to describe ASMR experience to people using something common like visiting a hairdresser, do you find the experience of someone focusing on you, the gentle touching of your hair, the sound of the scissors moving around you relaxing?
That would be a relaxing experience, watching ASMR video is like recreating that type of experience.
I believe most people can experience ASMR, to experience ASMR you need to find you trigger, common triggers will often be related to one person focusing on you or another person and watching this person focus or give them attention will trigger it.

Almost anything can be a "trigger' for a persons ASMR everybody is different, you just have to find yours.

Yess!! I was hoping you would do something like this. I always tried to find more doctor videos where guys are wearing a heavier starched shirt (SUPER SPECIFIC...I KNOW) cause it sounds amazing.
