I would say the pacing of this map right now is like a low - mid insane, if you want it to be a hard i would suggest pushing back the pacing by around about 3-4 seconds
You are right about that, the lava rises too fast and people can get confused since the signs are not so visible so it can delay them, in addition to the door at the end where it closes very quickly

the truss after you press the 7th button spawns a bit too late, and the speed is quite fast to be a hard at all (especially with rescue mission), please nerf the pava speed and the door at the end by at least 1 - 2 seconds, and please make the truss after you press the 7th button spawn eariler, ty

did you buff Abandoned junkyard? Because the door in the first section is like 1-2 seconds faster
