Mostly Black neighborhood , black crime . The problems are the music they listen to & the people who they hang around with , their upbringing & the neighborhood they live in , they have to much time on their hands , they rather sell drugs & try to get money fast & fight each other than find something productive to do to better there lives & get them selfs out of a bad situation . No child should be shot by gunfire ever , there young & have their whole life ahead of them , stop the violence before it happens , if you see something , say something , if you know something , say something .
