As long as Vietnam is still ruled by the oppressive and exploitive Communist regime, her potential remains greatly diminished. For any 1% that wants to stay, 99% of the population wants to get out, and many have risked their lives doing just that (for example, 39 doomed lives found in UK container truck recently on the news, and that's only what's been reported), unfortunately. Yet another shocking and also recent example is that during the Covid pandemic when almost all countries assisted their citizens with financial aids in one form or another, the corrupt and murderous Vietnamese Commie regime saw it just as another opportunity not to help but to exploit its ruled citizens even more, essentially making money over the corpses of its citizens by presumably killing at least 30-50K of them, due to grossly misdiagnoses and being thrown into barbwired unhygenic living quarters for isolation, so that they had to sleep on concrete floor, even next to filled trashcans, with inadequate toilet, food, water, or medicine, like animals (searching hard enough, one is able to see shocking video clips on Facebook though the regime tried hard to crack down the leaks by Vietnamese citizen journalists), with the fake nostril Covid test kits, mislabeled as approved by World Health Organization (WHO) in Việt Á scandal, colluded by at least 4 different government agencies (Y Tế , Khoa Học, Công Nghệ, Quân y) and the top Politburo members, including Nguyễn Phú Trọng, Phạm Minh Chính, Nguyễn Xuân Phúc. Murderous Vietnamese Commie regime even had a thug murdered Christian pastor Giuse Trần Ngọc Thanh, like it has done with many other pastors across the nation. There is a reason why the current Commie Vietnam ranks at the bottom of the world in freedom of speech, (true) freedom of religion, and freedom of the press, barely above Commie China and Commie North Korea. There is no true freedom of religion in Commie Vietnam, as this corrupt Vietnamese Commie regime only authorized the fake organizations headed by Commie monks, many of whom were Commie Party officials, and those religious organizations not approved to be infiltrated by them or headed by their Commie agents are accused of malicious and nonexistent crimes and banned, with innocent religious leaders arrested and jailed, as in the recent case with Thiền Am Bên Bờ Vũ Trụ, a harmless Buddhist meditation monastery, for simply having many followers (hence, more influences that the regime fears it can't control) than the Commie Party's officially approved ones. Similarly, its passport ranks at the bottom, 89th out of 111 countries for a reason, barely above North Korea 104th rank. even below many African nations. For comparison, South Korea is at 2nd rank. That's what Republic of South Vietnam would have likely been ranked among at least the top 10 had it not been invaded and occupied by the North Vietnamese Commie terrorists, aided by Commie Soviet and Commie China. Search "cuop dat dan" (meaning "land-robbing of citizens") to see millions of footages across the country from North to South, spanning for decades, dated back to Ho Chi Minh's bloody land reform 1953-1956 that killed nearly 1 million North Vietnamese in only 4 years, or 250K people brutally slaughtered in torturous painful deaths (like being shot, stabbed, mutilated while being alive, or heads being plowed over by water buffaloes while bodies being buried underground) each year on average to rob their lands and homes. Even today, if the rightful owners refuse to have their homes or lands robbed, the ruthless Vietnamese Commie terrorist regime simply jail or massacre them, have tractors run over their bodies or openly assassinate them in their own homes. When it comes to robbing, these barbarian Vietnamese Commie bandits even prey on each other, just as the recent case with then 84-year-old Mr. Lê Đình Kình, a 55-year-Commie Party veteran from Dong Tam, near Hanoi, that got shot dead at 3am in his own home by the Vietnamese Commie terrorist regime. When his wife Mrs. Dư Thị Thành refused to lie about the incident as ordered, the Vietnamese Commie terrorist police brutally tortured her (see more details from "dandongtam" on Facebook). The corrupt Vietnamese Commie government officials routinely dine on lavish gold-plated Salt Bae steak $100K per meal with blood money not just from taxpayers but also from robbed-lands and robbed homes recently drew international condemnations, while many Vietnamese citizens, including elderlies in their 60's and 70's as well as kids as young as 6's to 16's selling lottery tickets on the streets to survive on $2-3 per day. Even Phạm Nhật Vượng the richest man in Vietnam (via his VinGroup) made the bulk of his wealth mainly by colluding with the barbarian Vietnamese Commie regime in selling their robbed-lands from Vietnamese citizens. Travelers to Vietnam in her current form (not at all like this before the Communists took over) should keep this in mind. Behind the beauty of the land and smiling faces at popular tourist destinations, there are a lot of darkness and tears, bloods, sweats, sorrow, horror, and sufferings all over the country.
I was here in November 2018. Weather was perfect. Took some of the most stunning pictures ever. The luxury cruise was fantastic and cheap. Definitely one of the most beautiful places on Earth. I’ll definitely go back.
If I were rich, I'd live on the boat and sit outside that balcony sipping coffee and watching those magnificent karst glide by. On rainy, misty days, I'd be soaking in the tub with a hot tea watching it through the windows. Amazing!

As Sammy said, the rain brings such a cozy vibe! 😊 With such big windows and that bathtub, it's maybe even more entertaining 😀... Sammy and Tommy launching the Deluxe series 😎
I'm one of those people whom don't necessarily believe a sunny day is always the best view or experience. I like a bit of mist and fog at scenic spots as it adds a mystical, magical, romantic, and more intimate vibe to the experience. I've seen people up on the Ha Giang Loop or at the Golden Hand bridge with such weather and it's just breathtaking to me.
I totally agree! Once the rain stopped it was perfect! I also love the moodiness and mystical feeling that mist and fog bring! Also the lighting is much better for filming 😉 Thanks for sharing!
at 5:34 Room tour , that moment was indescribable , I was really vibrated by the scenery outside the window at that time , it was amazing , thanks for your videos 🤗
What an amazing experience to see those mountains up close like that! I hope you guys do Ninh Binh (Charl & Christine's videos are amazing on this) as it's considered the land equivalent to Ha Long Bay. I loved the climb to the top of the mountains and seeing the dragon up there.
Another beautiful video Sammy and Tommy, thank you for taking us on this adventure with you guys, I'm so happy you're enjoying my homeland.. I'm enjoying these videos through your lens and commentary 😀
Last year i spent almost 3 weeks around Quang Ninh province, including 2 weeks in Ha Long Bay. The best season for travelling to Halong Bay is summer, when you can enjoy the beautiful sunsight and the amazing green color of the sea. It is so wonderful to sit and chill at the balcony of the room, or the sun deck, and enjoy the sun, wind and sea.
Halong Bay is always murky. Better to go to Southern Thailand or the Philippines, which have the same type of limestone structures, but with water that's actually beautiful, and you can actually swim in it

just thinking of taking a cup of tea and lying in the bathtub with ha long bay view outside...wow
Exactly! Especially when it’s raining like that! So perfect 💯! Thanks for watching!
Very refeshing videos. Thanks for the memories. But your boat looks like the Queen Mary compared to ours, haha.
Thanks again Randy! What did you guys end up cruising around on!

Hello from Orange County, California. Love what your guys doing. Great post. You are REAL.👍
👋 Hello! Thanks so much! Really appreciate your kind words ☺️
That interaction at dinner was so funny. "It's like a joint!" and the waiter is like "Yeah." 🤣
😂 Glad someone found this hidden Easter egg
i lov halong bay.. and i love vietnam..
it is awsome and i enjoy watching your video!
Thanks so much 💜
The best season for travelling to Halong Bay is summer, when you can enjoy the beautiful sunsight and the amazing green color of the sea. It is so wonderful to sit and chill at the balcony of the room, or the sun deck, and enjoy the sun, wind and sea.
Halong Bay is always murky. Better to go to Southern Thailand or the Philippines, which have the same type of limestone structures, but with water that's actually beautiful, and you can actually swim in it
@@marimar3161 But your suggestions destination never got tittle "Nature Wonder of The World" from UNESCO like Halong Bay! This familly got travel in winter not the right time, cold & rain, but they don't go there for a beach for lay down to get sun shine, they go there to see the one of famous rarely Nature Wonder of the World! If they want get that kind of your suggestion they can go to Nha Trang & Phu Quoc much better beach in southern of Vietnam!
@@phanle2870 again. Halong Bay is murky. Not nice to swim in. I don’t care what kind of awards it got. There are much nicer places in Thailand and the Philippines and you can actually swim in the water.

Thank you very much 🤗 Appreciate the compliment on the music! It’s always the most time consuming so glad you appreciate it!
Amazing content. Absolutely beautiful camera work. I'm excited to follow your travel journey. I hope one day I can do 1 full year of travel with my husband
Wow thanks for making our day Sophie 🤗 That’s a great video idea! We will look into it! We had a budget of around 100 dollars a day. We shot everything ourselves and just learned it along the way! Hope you guys can do a full year as well! Email us any other questions 👍
@@SammyandTommy cruise like that cost only $100 a day per person?
Thank you for showing the vegetarian set menu!! I’ve been watching so many videos about how good the food is on these cruises and I just kept wondering how it was for vegetarians, this is the first video I’ve seen that’s featured veg foods ❤😊
Oh wow!! Beautiful views guys!

Our pleasure! So glad to hear you enjoyed it! Day two is out now!
Hi I’m actually planning to go here in a couple weeks and was wondering how you book the limo/cruise to ha long bay?
It came with the booking on Mon Cherie 👍 Have an amazing trip!
Heyy .
Such an awesome , beautiful experience you two had .
Looking forward to book moncheri cruise for my nov. End trip .
Kindly please tell your room category was ocean suit or elegance suit ?
Thank you in advance 😃
Thanks for the videos, the drone and time lapse looked amazing, and the sense of joy that your family experienced is priceless. The lady and I will go next week on the Mon Cheri- we got an amazing domestic-traveler discount. Did you have to pay extra for the cave kayak experience or was it included? I already regret not having the drone with me.
I hope you would stay in the country next week. Hanoi will be hosting the South Eastern Asian Olympic (SEA games 2022) on the 12th of may.
By the way, time to thank you for inspiring me doing the Mon Cherie cruise as well - almost on the same date as you did 😉 will be there in the mid of January in a few weeks 😍 thank you for your recommendation by this inspiring video.
what a beautiful view!
💯! It doesn’t get any better!
Amazing . and special place. Thank you for Sharing ☺️

If you guys are in the North, make sure to go to Ninh Binh.
Thanks for the great suggestion we won’t miss it!
Yes! Tam Coc area. River cruise is a must!
Halong bay is still beautiful even with various types of weather. such a very good cruise that 2 of you experienced together
look like a wonderful tour so far, too bad the weather is not cooperative, hoping it will clear out for better drone footage
It was a really great tour! The weather can only get better 🤞
Tuyệt vời. Chúc gia đình vui vẻ hạnh phúc. Việt Nam 🇻🇳🇻🇳🇻🇳
Curious to know how you got around in Vietnam? My partner and I are going beginning of July and I have no idea where to start planning
Since there was four of us we actually rented a shuttle and driver most of the time! Made it much easier for us and still very affordable!
Let's start planning from the North to the South. Ha Long - Hanoi - Sa Pa - Da Nang - Da Lat - Phu Quoc . Food, rest and transportation are everywhere
Love your videos. Great place to video.
Such a gorgeous area 😍 Thanks for being here!
Welcome to Vietnam!
Thank you 💜
Welcome to Vietnam. I love you so much
Thanks for the warm welcome! We love you too!
Oh Wow Ha Long Bay on the rain looks beautiful and mystical!
I visited Ha Long Bay 3 times but never saw it rained. Now I'm so jealous lol
Anyway, do you guys have any plan for Ha Giang Loop motorbike trip? It'd be great to go there during this season of the year.
It was so gorgeous 😍 Mystical is the perfect phrase! We don’t plan on doing the loop this trip because being with family but hopefully next time 🤞 Thanks for sharing!
October to March period. If you come in the summer, you won't have this weather
