Madam, social darwinism developed by the Spencer as Social Evaluation. In this theory Spencer talks about the different stages of human society. He explains that how human societies gradually got developed from a simplest and unscientific form to most recent developed societies. Here Mr. Spencer discusses different societies according their social setup with time to time. He tells that this is the result of evolution that we leave in recent developed societies which is the gradual evaluation from simplest and ancient societies.

Spencer had never said that the rich and poor people are already decided by their luck , having said that , us ne survival to the fittest k concept is context me Diya tha ki society me wahi log survive krsakte hen Jo apne ap ko time k sath update rakhte he, ya phir youn kahon to , society me nalaiqon(dull ,shirker our laziness) walon k lye koi ghaga nahi hn is me sirf wahi log rehne shaiye jo survival to the fittest ko follow karta ho,( jo society me survive krne k capability rkhta ho)
