      Thank you, thank you!! That was a great group. This was only one cleanup site out of many cleanup sites happening in the Watershed system.

    Brilliant cleanup, that was some volume of rubbish at the end! And so many people turned up! 👍

      Hey, Keep It Clean! Thank you for checking out my channel. It’s almost like being visited by a celebrity! Haha! Honestly I do appreciate it.
      This particular annual cleanup has multiple cleanups and probably a few hundred volunteers throughout the county. My little video only chronicled a fraction of this yearly cleanup effort.

      @@TakingtheTRASHOUTwithAaron Hahaha, no celebrity around, I can assure you I am the one who's humbled by the monumental efforts I see other people do. I know exactly what you mean about your video documenting only a fraction of the effort. I also wish I could show my viewers just how much work is being done that isn't video-documented, especially during annual events. They'd surely be amazed.

      @@KeepItCleanLondon Well said and true. Group cleanups are hard to film because you have to ask permission to use the footage and you don't want to be the guy people hide from because the camera is always on. HA!
      Keep on killing it, because your videos are awesome and you have a knack for putting together easy to follow storylines.
      The message is important and reaching an audience is a battle. Helping the general public see and understand the issues is what it is about.

    In my opinion dry river beds are some of the coolest places to clean up. It´s super interesting to walk through there and you never now what awaits you after the next bend. Plus it´s so much easier than when so water is flowing 😅

      Paul!
      Dry steam beds are natural pathways between the banks.
      You have a lot of experience in dry river beds.
      Thanks for tuning in!
      Oh ya! I have a question for you. When I upload a video do you get a notification saying I mentioned you in my video?
      When you upload I get a message that you mentioned in your video. I wonder if I am tagging your channel correctly or not.

      Nice team work, only wish the rivers here in the Philippines was as clean. So county provides the containers and services them?

    Wow, you filled your bag up quick. Can't believe there was that much type of fast food trash out there. Good job!

    • @TakingtheTRASHOUTwithAaron
      @TakingtheTRASHOUTwithAaron  Рік тому +2

      Hey Mark!
      Fast Food trash is a real problem. People go through the process of ordering the food, transporting it, consuming it, then discarding the remnants all over the place!! What the heck is wrong with people? Especially this day and age. There is plenty of talk out there about micro plastics and the negative effects of litter in the environment. Ha!!!

      @trashraidersusa Рік тому +1

      @@TakingtheTRASHOUTwithAaron I agreed, it only takes a minute or so to leave the trash in your car and then dispose of it properly!

    Funny name for a river in the United States!?

    • @TakingtheTRASHOUTwithAaron
      @TakingtheTRASHOUTwithAaron  Рік тому +1

      True! Apparently the river was named in the early 19th century after a Russian explorer named Ivan Kuskov. There is a lot of early Russian influence on the west coast. Alaska was Russian territory till the US purchased it in 1867.
