I have Used Silky saws for pruning for over ten years. I own three a Gomboy 210 medium teeth, Bigboy 360 large teeth and Genki Temagari 500 XL teeth. Even with the medium teeth, all it takes is an absent minded touch to bleed like a stuck pig ! A few times I only noticed I had cut my self when I saw the blood or felt the handle of the saw getting sticky. One time a guy I was working with said "Hay man you sprung a leak".
No blue blood? Anyway, supercellal you are a great guy to share your mistake and safety reminder about Silky Saws. I have many and know this already i.e. they are sickly sharp & so fast they can cut deep into flesh. But you made me think more seriously about care in there use. Stay frosty.
