It’s neither. He took the UPS package with the lower receiver to the FedEx location. It didn’t have tracking and he didn’t get a shipping receipt. That was a little over two weeks before he was arrested. During that two week period FedEx turned over the package to UPS. Shortly after James’ arrest UPS returned the package to GBRS.

Even if this is probably an isolated case (who knows how many similar cases there were that we were unaware of), it leaves a bitter aftertaste. The thing that gets me is that owners didn't have the guts to apologise to him, or even let him come back for his stuff; instead, we have the awkward situation where cops go back and forth to bring his belongings and make sure he has everything. They haven't since apologised, made a public statement, or acknowledged anything of what happened; instead, they've restricted comments on all of their social media accounts and are hoping this will go away.

Even the officer, whose buddies with the employer that accused James Humphrey, told DJ or Cole that he will document the shit out of the police report. That means the police and even DJ knew how much legal trouble they were in for mishandling the situation the way they did.

It’s neither. He took the UPS package with the lower receiver to the FedEx location. It didn’t have tracking and he didn’t get a shipping receipt. That was a little over two weeks before he was arrested.
During that two week period FedEx turned over the package to UPS. Shortly after James’ arrest UPS returned the package to GBRS.

Oh boy, sad that this happened. I've thought very highly of the boys so far. Even if this is probably an isolated case (who knows how many similar cases there were that we were unaware of), it leaves a bitter aftertaste. What happened to Slade at the beginning of the GBRS story unfortunately comes back to mind. I hope that this is truly a "mistake" and that the guys apologize to the falsely accused victim and compensate him for it. Hopefully something like this doesn't break the GBRS group's neck.
