omg the doll sites! I can't belive I forgot about those. They were so fun. Now I'm wondering if I used yours back in the day. The name sounds super familiar and I was also very addicted to those sites as a pre-teen/teen. 😅
Yay can’t wait for the greeting cards! I’m a big greeting card enthusiast! I like to stock up on 15-20 cards at the start the year so I’ve got something for all occasions throughout the year.

I used to play on those doll sites too, they were so fun! I couldn’t remember what Doll Palace was called until you mentioned it.
The Doll Palace! That's how I got my start in digital design. I have never heard of another person mention the pixel dolls - MS Paint was the GOAT back then! c:

I don't think your calendars needed the tissue paper. Just a nice sticker on the outside and an insert would be plenty nice! Saves you countless hours of packaging
About the pixel art and the pixel doll sites, me and my sister used to make doll art like that and we were on your site indeed! Funny how it goes sometimes.

Love your vlogs so much, the updated stickers look great! Interesting how we all have different workflows I skip Photoshop and go straight to illustrator from procreate personally! 😊❤
Keep in mind that home prints usually don't hold up to sunlight exposure for a longer time (depending on the ink you use). Might not be as relevant for post cards as it is for bigger prints, but that's what kept me from printing things at home myself. I've heard from friends and experienced myself that having them on the walls for a year can be enough to have them fade a lot. If you wanna test, tape one up to a window that gets lots of sun for a few weeks and see if there's a difference!
Also hell yes pen grips 👏 I have a big chunky one on my apple pencil as well, it is sooo much more comfy! They're so thin and slippery without 😅

Oh my gosh! I am an ex pixel dolls artist. I was called Dollies dream house! I still have all my pixel doll bases. Gah this just brought back memories. I've been trying to find an old friend who was one of the best pixel doll artists but I could never get her name right lol omgosh what memories.

When you started talking about making dolls and dressing them up, it reminded me of my own time drawing pixel clothing on the free doll bases. I might have visited your site way back when (if it's around the early 2000s), but can't recall any specific site names. Those were good times, and there were a lot of super talented pixel artists that made amazing outfits and sceneries @_@

I started watching this episode during my lunch at work today, all settled in with my hot meal and ready to watch, but just a wee bit into it and the video was showing it was private/not available and I was so sad!! But I'm glad that it is back up and viewable once again! Phew!
I am so giddy to get a new order in for the spring! All of the little check box/to do stickers are so lovely!! The designs are so fun and they bring a smile to my face. Can't wait to see what more will be made and eager to see what the results may be about in-studio printing once again!!

While I personally don't use the functional stickers. I do use stickers to decorate the edges of my monthly calendar to match the spirit of the month. Easter, Spring, Halloween. I love those and I should have noted that I would love your art style that I could use for that purpose.
I'm a traditional artist and nothing beats the feel and magic of it, but digital is soooo convenient!

I will try! I tried to do a blend like in this one 🥹🎀 i personally love watching ones that have a mix in, and I’ve always done that in my videos actually when I look at my retention me talking turns people off half the time 🤣🤣🥲🥲🙃🙃🙃
I agree with @jessicaria and came to see if anyone else felt the same. The captions are too small and too long. The first 6 minutes was only subtitles. I watch vlogs so I don't have to read and I can work or do other things while I'm watching. I watch on my TV and the captions are so small 😢 I vote for voice overs 😂
Just a question - do you round the corners as a style preference or does it benefit in your packaging? I think just leaving them with corners gives you extra time to do other stuff.
Katt has said it's style preference in a vlog before.
Yes it’s just a style preference! We did get them to do it before but the corners were all rubbish and jagged it’s only a 5 min job! 🥹🎀

I have to use pen grips b/c otherwise my hands will cramp up so horribly, and I'll be 36 this year. No shame in taking care of your hands, especially as an artist.
I'm really loving your videos and been watching them for many years now 😊❤ but the background music you're using in this one is really annoying - for me, just personal preference 🙈 i think you've used so many relaxing and magical soundtracks before, but this isn't it for me.

Your voice is the FARTHEST thing from annoying!!! I adore your accent and miss hearing your voice - I wanted to say something but thought I was the only one to prefer your voice rather than the text. I love to have your videos on while I paint and draw so I can never keep up with reading on the screen.
