Kyushu logo

Using a noren (shop curtain) motif, the kanji characters of 九 (nine), 州 (district), and 一 (one) are combined in the logo to portray “one united region” and represent “One Kyushu.” By symbolizing kanji characters, which are widely shared in Asia, the logo also expresses the concept of “Japaneseness” and “originating from Asia.”
