This morning in Madrid, Her Royal Highness Princess Leonor of Asturias celebrated her 18th birthday.
On the occasion of her special day, the Heir to the Crown of Spain took the Juramento de la Constitución Española before the Cortes Generales.

I didn’t see Leticia’s face during Leanor’s speech but they showed the King. How he had dry eyes instead of blubbering like a baby, I have no idea! Lots of practice I guess! Thanks so much Alexandra for this special episode. I really enjoyed it! ❤️😘

Princess Leonor the "QUEEN OF HEARTS "
What a resplendant princess. She is a direct descendant of great Louis XIV of France. It shows. The speech of the princess reminds me of the one Queen Elizabeth II of England gave when she became 21 years of age. Same grace, same thoughfulness, same poise. Spain is going to have a great queen.

Princess Leonora won't become Queen for many years yet. She and her sister have been blessed with good guidance always from their parents. King Felipe was Crowned 19th June which was the birthday of King James lst of England and 6th of Scotland.
