I was diagnosed with PCOS at the age of 35 , by the time I was a wife and a Mother and had no difficulties in conceiving . But I was trained in certain meditation practices and chants from the age of 8 , and used to experiment a lot with mantras. For privacy reason I do not want to detail much , but interestingly my doctor identified that I had PCOS by checking the LSH and FH ratio in my blood. My blood sugar and A1C was absolutely normal and never spiked . My cycles where highly disrupted , had it every 21 days and caused me to be anemic and had migraines .That was the only symptom of my pcos . But I never missed a cycle. Thanks for this lecture, and gratitude to the universe for guiding me to this . May you be blessed for sharing such valuable information.

Endometriosis happened to my daughter and had cyst in her ovaries and it got ruptured and had to go in for an emergency operation at midnight she used to have cramps and severe pain during periods her whole body used to pain sometimes. Suddenly after this incident I remembered the pooja room was set up in my children's room and my daughter used to sleep in that room during periods also. Few months after the operation I moved the Pooja room from her room and shifted to a common place and stopped my daughter from going near the Pooja area and after that she was better. Again due to some reason we had to stay in a small 1room we had a pooja area in same room for 1 year. During that period she got a small cyst in uterus and we had to take an injection for her again to eliminate it. now she is ok and we are in a better house with seaparated pooja area. Just want to share this experience, I used to stay away for 3 days of my period in a separate room till I go married, after marriage I never stayed like that but never used to go near God or Pooja room.

I started to feel that you are the Goddess who came to teach us what to do and what not to do.... At the age of 42, I learnt something which I must have learnt at the age of 12. At the age of 19, I got the upadesam of Narayana Ashtaakshari. The 1st condition for that mantra is that it should be chanted with empty stomach. For these many years, that is for 22 yrs. I strictly followed the rule... sometimes with great difficulty but... but today I learnt the reason behind the rule. I feel that Sri Hari came in ur form to guide me... Jai Srimannarayana !

Sabarimala etc! All I want to add is: That particular shrine is for a certain occult practice called "Bhramacharya" - moving towards abstinence from sexual thought/deed for 48 days. By default, in nature men or the male human species is primordially more tuned to "those thoughts at the subconscious level" besides men's bio-impulses will be able to easily pick up the opposite hormone-estrogen [more so during 14th day till 24th day of a cycle, for impregnation for species proliferation as per natural selection]. Women unlike men, are by nature more pious, not as sex-minded as men. Women by default are prone more towards the fear feelings rather then the lust feelings arising from the opposite hormone or charms! Why is it so? Women are stronger and are able to purge off such defilements [both physically and also that which is cognized/by memories] naturally thru the menstruation process in every cycle whereas man does not have such an immaculate feature, hence men are more susceptible to feminine charms and women are not. Hence, they make better warriors or bodyguards then men, as they cannot be honey-trapped easily. Women are more pain enduring, and they many times emerge as the real true head of a family or state. NOW, having said this, all I am requesting is, only and only for that particular shrine [at Shabarimala] if women as per criteria stay away, it will really help the men who are struggling/striving on the practice of Bhramacharya to maintain their vow atleast for a day or two near the shrine, else they will be left with a veiled guilt. In society we interact with women, some wise Janet may ask - will they not be affected then? Agreed, in the 48 days practice living in the society, the Guru instructs that even for a second or a moment if the aspirants gets prone to any such feeling of lust/anger/etc they are supposed to take bath cleanse their body and ask for forgiveness with a prayer. [Even when a 100 other Ayyappa temples are available and they are welcome to visit] Still if "they" insist on visiting that particular shrine, it is akin to not having the civil decency, when and where people do not offer their seat to even to a pregnant woman or to an ailing/elderly person on a bus/train journey. It is sheer politics among religion on this planet. And even after the pandemic if people still behave unreasonably biased, what can people like me do? I was diagnosed with PCOS at the age of 35 , by the time I was a wife and a Mother and had no difficulties in conceiving . But I was trained in certain meditation practices and chants from the age of 8 , and used to experiment a lot with mantras.
For privacy reason I do not want to detail much , but interestingly my doctor identified that I had PCOS by checking the LSH and FH ratio in my blood. My blood sugar and A1C was absolutely normal and never spiked . My cycles where highly disrupted , had it every 21 days and caused me to be anemic and had migraines .That was the only symptom of my pcos . But I never missed a cycle.

Endometriosis happened to my daughter and had cyst in her ovaries and it got ruptured and had to go in for an emergency operation at midnight she used to have cramps and severe pain during periods her whole body used to pain sometimes. Suddenly after this incident I remembered the pooja room was set up in my children's room and my daughter used to sleep in that room during periods also. Few months after the operation I moved the Pooja room from her room and shifted to a common place and stopped my daughter from going near the Pooja area and after that she was better. Again due to some reason we had to stay in a small 1room we had a pooja area in same room for 1 year. During that period she got a small cyst in uterus and we had to take an injection for her again to eliminate it. now she is ok and we are in a better house with seaparated pooja area. Just want to share this experience, I used to stay away for 3 days of my period in a separate room till I go married, after marriage I never stayed like that but never used to go near God or Pooja room.

Sabarimala etc! All I want to add is: That particular shrine is for a certain occult practice called "Bhramacharya" - moving towards abstinence from sexual thought/deed for 48 days. By default, in nature men or the male human species is primordially more tuned to "those thoughts at the subconscious level" besides men's bio-impulses will be able to easily pick up the opposite hormone-estrogen [more so during 14th day till 24th day of a cycle, for impregnation for species proliferation as per natural selection]. Women unlike men, are by nature more pious, not as sex-minded as men. Women by default are prone more towards the fear feelings rather then the lust feelings arising from the opposite hormone or charms! Why is it so? Women are stronger and are able to purge off such defilements [both physically and also that which is cognized/by memories] naturally thru the menstruation process in every cycle whereas man does not have such an immaculate feature, hence men are more susceptible to feminine charms and women are not. Hence, they make better warriors or bodyguards then men, as they cannot be honey-trapped easily. Women are more pain enduring, and they many times emerge as the real true head of a family or state. NOW, having said this, all I am requesting is, only and only for that particular shrine [at Shabarimala] if women as per criteria stay away, it will really help the men who are struggling/striving on the practice of Bhramacharya to maintain their vow atleast for a day or two near the shrine, else they will be left with a veiled guilt. In society we interact with women, some wise Janet may ask - will they not be affected then? Agreed, in the 48 days practice living in the society, the Guru instructs that even for a second or a moment if the aspirants gets prone to any such feeling of lust/anger/etc they are supposed to take bath cleanse their body and ask for forgiveness with a prayer. This is a build up of occult will power. My question is even after 46 days when they come to that particular shrine, should the men be asking for forgiveness instead of basking in the penance? This is a request to all brilliant and kind hearted women to be magnanimous enough and not lay claim to visit that particular shrine alone. [Even when a 100 other Ayyappa temples are available and they are welcome to visit] Still if "they" insist on visiting that particular shrine, it is akin to not having the civil decency, when and where people do not offer their seat to even to a pregnant woman or to an ailing/elderly person on a bus/train journey. It is sheer politics among religion on this planet. And even after the pandemic if people still behave unreasonably biased, what can people like me do? Nothing, we will shut up but not go into oblivion. Nature or God will set things right for all. Namaste #profvkj
