Great! if you don't have a wall to cut out, you can also place a mirror behind the waterfall and it should have a simmilar effect!

This exactly what I have been looking for, we are buying a house that has a large rock fireplace (70’s vintage) and I am hoping to give it a more modern look!!!

I really like your project, it came out phenomenal. How are you going to make a DIY video and only respond to the comments that say "wow" or "Awesome" and not address any of the questions asked
    ?

Looked at a lot of these rainfall style effects and yours is the best looking by far; the line makes all the difference in the world although I am sure it was terrible getting them through. One idea I had if I do this project would be to cut the top pipe in half, thread the lines through and then glue/epoxy the halves back together.

People you don’t need to cut a opening in your wall, you can make this a waterfall separate unit, it can be movable, same idea but not fixed.

Scott Sheridan : awesome engineering and a clean job. Quick question: I am going to run the fishing line from top to bottom and use fishing weights to hold the tension. Do i just knot the fishing line up on the top or what do u recommend I should do to hold a straight line especially at the top ? Your thoughts are most sought after and appreciated.

I really love this and I've been meaning to do it for a while now. I'll get you a link if I do. I'm definitely not going to do so much wiring the main purpose being I just don't know how to and it looks complicated

I have a large opening like this diving my living room and the entry way stairs. I'm tired of the ledge getting full of clutter and want a permanent feature like this that is nice to see from both sides. Hope I can pull it off.

Oh Godddddddddddd This fish line was such a pain and monotonous thing to do :'( :'( :'( took me around 2.5 days to complete just the PVC Structure. I made few mistake while doing the fish line and never realized until it was too late and had to redo..... Work Is still in progress and this is my third or forth week because my build involves Styrofoam and Cement. Hoping to finish this in coming week or two :(
