I enjoy having a robot vacuum, mine is not very high tech but it helps me out a lot with country dust and 2 cats. Vacuuming every day is just too much for me, so it really helps me keep up. I do wish mine washed, but one thing is better than nothing. Thanks Jessica.
Hey!! I got mine delivered today but when I try and switch to mop it just keeps saying please install the mop bracket before switching to mop mode. What does this mean? I've done everything as per instructions
Honiture don't give support to costumers. My S12 vacuum cleaner battery died with less than 2 years of use. I can't find a replacement and they didn't answered my emails. Considering what happened, their products can be considered disposable. I gave up. I've sent mine S12 to recycling and bought a new vacuum cleaner from a reliable manufacturer.
This a terrible video no specifications, no info on charging time, capacity, battery life nothing. Just a video of a woman cleaning her house with a robot in the background. A commercial would give me more information.
