Resident Evil 4 contains some of the best and awesome guns. It's a shame that this game doesn't have an item management/cleared game menu after every chapter is done so you can store and change weapons and items that you already have. Instead you have to fucking get rid of stuff and re-buy the weapon later and upgrade from scratch again.

I'm glad they did not do that. Part of the fun of RE4 is deciding which weapon to stick with and which one to replace with a new weapon. Because you can't store your weapons, you will need to think really well about what to buy and what to sell (especially if you invested money in upgrading them). It also encourages multiple playthroughs to try out different weapons. If you add a system like the item box, this type of decision making will be gone and the game will be less fun.
Best weapons for me in original resident evil 4 2005 is Blacktail TMP (no stock) Semi Auto Rifle Striker Broken Butterfly Mine Thrower (All upgraded and used everytime when i play on save files both normal and professional) Wish resident evil 4 remake had same upgrades from original re4!

The secret is in the clothes. When you wear standard clothing or police clothing, you will have access to different Chicago Typewriter. When you wear mafia clothing, you will have access to the standard Chicago Typewriter.
most weapon on RE4 is chicago because weapon strong unique reload animations (if use a 1930's suit or tie and jacket suit) plus hat reoad is unique -fix a hat to reload 30% -throw a hat and wear 100%
