Giselle (first from left to right, also her real name is Uchinaga Aeri) is the main rapper. The girl that is not Ningning, Ringring, or Bingbing is in fact Ningning (real name: Ning Yizhuo) and she's the main vocalist and the youngest member (born in 2002). The blond one without eyebrows is Winter (Kim Minjeong), lead (or main?) vocalist and lead dancer. Karina, the "balding" black-haired beauty, is the leader, main dancer, lead rapper, sub-vocalist, basically everything except maknae.
I'm not a MY, so I can't tell you much about their personalities, but I occasionally watch videos like this and they seem like fun and down-to-earth girls. Their music is also consistently good, or at least diverse enough to appeal to a wider audience.
