    Cilantro, purple basil, tarragon are the aroma leaves
    Lychee, passion fruit, longan are the fruit base sauce
    Iron Buddha Tea" Tie Guan Yin" are for the wetting process
    Starch, sea salt, grape seed oil.
    the black stuff is just called vegan sauce, google this "油膏"

    It would be terrific to have an English translation of the recipe. It seems lychee and passion fruit are unusual ingredients in a duck recipe.

      Late reply! But indeed, lychee and passion fruit are used :-)
      The cook says it adds a nice fragrance to the dish. The utilisation of citric fruit isn't that abnormal, either. Orange juice is frequently added to chicken sauce, and strawberry-balsamic is drizzled over steak!

      Rot (bean curd sheet) , tea (tieguanyin) +hot water, herbs (basil leaves and coriander ) for the veg. Duck
