That wind up sounds a little like a thunderbolt, I like it!
Well mystery solved, now everybody knows what a 50 Hz 3T22 sounds like, now I want to ship one to Australia (3 phase)
At this point I'm wondering if the brushes aren't actually crapped out and this thing's running on an inverter
@@positionlightproductions6187 You could ask them to show the insides of the control box and it could be running off a inverter

3:21 Siren Starting. (Attack / Wail)
So this is probably be a good representation of what the 3t22s in sullom voe oil refinery will sound like if they haven’t been converted to 60hz
Those are 3T22s.

Nice to see that Clyde Ohio's "Carter" 3T22 has a sibling!
man its been a long time since i have seen this video it still sounds gold
what's with it having a undertone? bearings, brushers?
I think you mean a low pitch. Yeah, the brushes are at a really weird angle which makes it sound like a carter.
@@positionlightproductions6187induction motor that has brushes? it just sounds a little underpowered
It sounds like it's on 50hz when it's running 60 XD

It's a pretty popular siren in Adams County because of that. It's nickname is "The Lemon."

Dont blame me, blame Adams. They're the ones that separately tone out every siren in the county
