Uhhm I didn’t do mine upfront but if you want to you can.. I’ll only advice you do it a week before you get an update.. but how would you know 🤷🏾‍♀️so I’ll suggest you ask an expert if you agent.

Yes I do… apparently one can’t enter the USA without a visa..
