Thanks for the info, isn't it better if you get a pre-approval rates from other banks or credit unions or any from your own back before visit the Finance Manager of your dealer? They don't need to do any credit check since you already pre-approved and tell them if they can match the rate then you will finance with them, else you contact your own bank. That's what I do when I bought all my vehicles in the past.
You are correct. We can do that but banks are always higher rates if you approach them reason behind - dealership gives them millions of dollars in loan. Hence banks give better rates through dealers

Even if you don't get lmia you still cab get pr through either FSWP OR CEC
