Thank you so much, Andre and Laura! This has been very helpful! I work the front office at a small practice ( the only one in my department) for about 2.5 years. A lot of problem solving! I am so grateful to find this video on UA-cam. I'm responsible for anything that has to do with claims. I've been the only one in the office working with claims and sometimes I end up not knowing all the answers. I'm inclined to attending more dental seminars. It's tough to learn everything without a manager, so I am extremely grateful to see the videos posted here. We hired a new employee about a month ago to help me, I'm training her and will definitely show her this video! Do you guys ever travel to Southern California for seminars? I would be interested in attending! Thank you, Melody :)

Hi, I re gently became the new help for the front and the last person did not attach ANY fee schedule to those we are in network therefore I'm having to rechart everyone to attach them to the fee schedule they belong to other wise they are in the standard fee which is incorrect. Is there a simple way to change there fee without having to rechart them?
My suggestion is you join Andre's Eaglesoft Field Guide on Facebook and search there for the questions you have. If you don't see it asked before, then you can ask there as he and many Eaglesoft gurus hang out there and can help you out
Hi Emily, thank you for reaching out with your question. Unfortunately, I do not have a copy of Andre's notes to provide to you, however I am sure Andre will be happy to help. You need to go on the claims and check your password to sent claims. That happened to me and changed the password, and it worked and I send the insurance claims again. We got pay.
i would suggest that you join Andre's facebook group and then search there for the answer to this. I know for sure this has been answered before and you can find it there
Also, I find the group name is in fact, useful for putting individual plan max and percentages for quick reference. Eaglesoft has sooo many little issues and one of those is capping out the number of characters I can put in under the employer name. To work around that, what I do is put under the group name "1500 Plan" or "2500 plan" followed by percentages in parentheses. So my group name reflects as such: 1500 Plan (100/80/50) no ded. OR 1000 Plan (100/90/60) $25 ded. Or something similar. It's nice to have the quick reference and eliminates me having to click on notes every time. This comes in handy when you have the same employer and same ins company that offers different options for max and percentages. Example: Joe Schmoe Body Shop is the employer and the company offers its employees two plan options. One is a 2000 max and another is 1000, and they both have different percentage categories. I'd put Joe Schmoe Body Shop (2000 Plan) and then in group name 2000 Plan (100/80/50) And the next plan I would create Joe Schmoe Body Shop (1000 Plan) and group name would say (100/90/60). Hopefully the plans would have different group numbers but I have run into plans before that have identical group numbers but different maximums. That's why group name is super helpful to me and putting the max on employer name can help too!
Thank you so much, Andre and Laura!

Would you paste your "Notes" comment for Employer/Coverage List for me to copy? The note that indicates frequency, etc.
